Great 👍... Thanks
Thanks.
One of the most accurate tests I’ve seen thx! Can you do a comparison between the 15 pro max vs s23 ultra?
iPhone 15 PM vs S24 ultra 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great testing. The outdoor brightness is excellent, but I do wonder how bad the burn in would be after a few years.
burn in does not exist in smarthphone bud. You watch too many oled tv videos
@@d4mterro320 sure because the burn in on my old S8 isn’t burn in. 🙄
@@battery_wattageThe newer smartphones doesn’t burn in that fast and if you don’t watch the same pic for hours every single day, you’re safe.
@@wassollichschreiben590 what is defined as “new”? I had an S8. Great smartphone but burn in was very noticeable after just three years. The keyboard and vertical bars were what was seen on every app I used.
@@d4mterro320It does, but it has been decreased a lot so it's not a major concern anymore if you use your phone normally
Probably a really silly question…but how does changing the hdr setting for camera change the brightness on the display? Genuinely would love to know.
I think you don't understand the meaning of HDR in this case. I also did before having a 15 Pro Max, I thought it was a display setting not related to the camera setting. In reality he is referring to neither of those (such an HDR display setting doesn't even exist), instead he's referring to the content being shown on screen. HDR or SDR images can be achieved by shooting a photo with the HDR camera setting on or off respectively. So for his HDR test he showed an HDR image and for the SDR test he showed one with SDR. Obviously the small circle was brighter with HDR because that's how HDR works, it boosts small bright areas of the screen to higher brightnesses than SDR. SDR always has the same brightness no matter the size of the bright area. With auto brightness it just boosts the entire screen to the highest possible brightness no matter the size of the bright area until the phone becomes too hot.
