Depends what someone prefers :Steel/Shiny,Reflective and almost a clear clean line of the steel
Or Brushed feel of Titanium with very thin lines over another(the brushing) and almost no Reflection.
Either way they are both premium in the Eye and hands on.
Stainless steel one can argue SEEMS to be more Appealing and a little bit more Premium.
Also the thinner bezels and there where the screen has slight curved Display can be Noticeable and give the phone another level of Premium feel than the Full Flat screen of iPhone 14 Pro
I have the 15 Pro Max now, since launch day. I honestly could have kept my 14 Pro Max. It had no issues, and battery life was still great. 15 pro max is a great phone, but sometimes I miss my mute switch.
Do you still have the 14 Pro max?
The action button is way better than the mute switch lol, it’s one of my favorite new features

I don't know why most tech reviewers expect the 14PM to be on par with its successor. I've been running betas with this beast of a phone, BH recently dropped to 98%. Mind you, I'm a heavy user. Battery life is not the best but very very good. Easy lasts all day with heavy usage. 13PM is still the battery King though which is expected. This phone Is a tank, much more durable than the 15pm.

I bought a refurbished 14 Pro Max a month ago after using a XR for many years. So far, 14 PM is holding up well. I considered the 15 PM; however, found I had to pay $ 500-600 more for features that I may not use or only offered slight improvements (maybe). Will hold onto the 14 PM until 18 or 19 come out.

The display on the 15 Pro Max looks a little warmer with the coloration and the 14 Pro Max looks a little colder.
At the 6:36 mark the color of the white is CLEARLY VERY DIFFERENT. I like the true WHITE bright of the 14PM. Can you change it on the 15?? That sucks

So I’m currently in the situation that my dad would like to buy and refurb my phone (iPhone 13 PM) and suggested that I’d get a newer one because he doesn’t really care for the upgrades while I love photography for example and the new upgrades. I’m currently looking at refurbs iPhone 14 Pro Max or 15 pro max. And I’m wondering coming from the 13 PM, is the 15 much better than the 14 if I can get the 15 pm for about 200 more?

14 pro max is fine just make sure if you do get a refurbished 14 pro max the battery’s have not degraded lower than 85%

I bought my 14 pro max in september 2023, it still shows 99% battery capacity which is amazing. I never had issues with that. Its an amazing phone so far.

@@Snowbird_89 it does, i changed from 14 pro max to 15 pro max (i just returned the 14) especially for 15 being lighter and the difference is there. my hand would hurt when using 14 pro max, 15 is easier to hold for longer sessions.

I had the pro max 14 and only switched to the 15 pro max due to the speaker calls not working on the 14 pro max. I find zero difference btween both except the 15 pro max is smoother when opening and closing apps.
I had issues with THREE different 14 PMs. Got frustrated and went to the dark side (S23 Ultra). It was a good phone but not for me. Got the 15 PM a couple weeks after it was released, absolutely fabulous! To quote Nick: “smooth as butter”. 🙂
I went through the same experience, only i didnt had problems with 14pm i was underwhelmed.. 15pm got some new things

Depends what someone prefers :Steel/Shiny,Reflective and almost a clear clean line of the steel
Or Brushed feel of Titanium with very thin lines over another(the brushing) and almost no Reflection.
Either way they are both premium in the Eye and hands on.

And also you get more screen on the Max to enjoy the Dynamic Island a little bit more
I purchased the 14 pro max when the 15 pro max came out & I love it!! Got it for under $950 so I saved a lot of money not going for the 15 pro max this year!! But U do plan on grabbing the 16pro max this year!!😅

Haha, the 14 Max is so heavy! I upgraded from a pretty old Plus which was so slick and felt simply organic in the hand with the soft round edges, and I was shocked by how heavy and bulky the 14 Max was, with the massive cameras too. My arm muscles have grown considerably since upgrading.

14 pro max is very heavy to my liking that’s the deal break and why im upgrading
I hated my iPhone 14 Pro. It was heavy it would get hot and it would take terrible over sharpened and overexposed pictures. I can literally tell if a picture on social media was taken with an iPhone 14. I upgraded to the 15 Pro Max and almost immediately forgot about my previous phone.
12:18 I think one of the only reasons to get the 15 pro max over the 14 pro max is some of better performance and probably more uptades. Anything else I don't think it will be much of a difference.

I charge my phone overnight with the 5 watt charger because it’s better for the long term battery health. I use my fast charger only if I’m in a rush and need a quick top up
