What's your advice for guys like us that never went to school for this particular skill? And is the success rate less because of the lack of a degree? (Awesome video as always)
I haven't graduated nor am I a professional but I can assure you that there are guys on the field who are self taught and have no degree on BSCS either. It honestly all comes down to practice and getting better and proficient with programming. More so understanding it. Success rate with a degree is definitely higher, but landing a good career without it isn't impossible.
Cause honestly, only the basics are taught in the CS track, we still have to practice by ourselves and everything. And im sure the same will have to happen with y'all.

They’ll willingly contradict themselves or stretch a certain topic thin just for some content.
Great video brother! Quick question, I’m about to graduate CS and I do a lot of fullstack web dev stuff. It was my focus within my degree. That being said, I’m looking for roles in that area and I was curious if you had a preference for the best job posting application. Like indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor , etc. I feel a tad overwhelmed by all these applications and was wondering if someone like you, with experience, has a preference that was successful?
I really like the software scene right now , but I'm afraid that it is gonna die down in the next 5 or 10 years , I have to decide between engineering and computer science for uni... I mean programming has been booming for so long now...

I have a question, for someone who is currently in school and is just now learning code how do I go about finding a job or an internship to gain more experience? I feel like the companies are mostly looking for people who have more experience. Any suggestions
For the most part, the resume is the key to getting internships and jobs. Employers will take about 6 seconds to look at your resume to see if you are good fit. Make those 6 seconds count. Next tip is, apply, apply, apply. There are hundreds of stories where people apply to 100+ jobs and barely hear back. It can be very discouraging but, keep applying and you will find an interview. Last tip is pretty basic but, shouldn't be forgotten. Prepare for interviews!
