I genuinely enjoy engaging with tradepacks and am optimistic that these changes will positively impact and bring balance to the game's system. here in Serafine the day of the patch we have 3 packs over 130% global demand and other 10 over 100%. even the lowest demand (brined shank at 63%) still has cities with over 70%. the price of the itens has already skyrocketed and the feeling is they'll increase even more. i like the change since it may bring more diversity to the game. we'll see!
the problem is not the tradepacks, the problem is the farmers selling their harvest at 0 profit or even less than cost price: when this auto adjust, packs will be still profitable
Am I doing something wrong? Lol. You said that is possible to profit with a 50%+ tradepack, but whenever I try to create one under 100% the spreadsheet says I'm going to loose money, so I haven't been running any tradepack. Are you buying on the market or mining/farming them? It has been a long term question for me
