Yes practically they are needed but i guss these days they dont use it and it doesn't look good aesthetically so i am sure once they sold out ppl install.it later.
on the surface, it seems good, but all i see is just the focus on decorations and not on the architecture and space design. very shallow videography which reflects the shallow design intent. probably the clients love for all shit gold and luxury instead of the sublime atmosphere which brings the tangible and intangible together to bring architecture to life.
despite the common opinion, interior design and architecture is very closely tied together. call it two sides of the same coin. one without the other is just meaningless. when will we ever compete with the international standard regarding this field... even India is excelling in this field and all we care about is "gold".
@@sulaman_k4375 maybe its not of ur taste but this house is designed by Mazher Munir. He is among the most renowned names in architecture field of Pakistan. You should see this villa in person to get into the amazing details. Also i think decor is just staging to sell the house and done by a third party. Check out other projects of Mazher Munir. This man do a phenomenol job
@neospy I'm sure he's good at what he does. but just like the rest of them ,its more about selling the house than the "idea" that could change minds. for details go have a look at Barcelona pavilion by Mies van de rohe among other places. literally nobody needs these places to be decorated in order to appreciate the architecture. its literally nothing and yet everything.

Hi. I can't understand why these big houses doesn't use security grills in Windows as in Pakistan's environment it's very necessory.
