How does the result of the yarn differ with the double drive, Irish and Scotch tensions with higher or lower rotations per minute?

What is the ratio for grade 1 angora wool? For twisting it. I am just getting started in spinning different types of raw wool. Is there a some videos and websites you recommend for beginners to go over terms and techniques?

Hi, I was curious on my scotch tension machine (and the one in the video) what the groove on the smaller end of the bobbin is for? Thank you.
