I have something similar where I have a wire and in The wire somehow gets out of the terminal even if I screwed in porporply there's still a way for that wire to get out of the terminal
And heres another one i bought a pull station of f of ebay and the seller didn't mention that the the hinges were cracked and i lost one of the pieces i had to use a tooth pick to fix that

A 12 volt AC adapter.
But I’m now using a 24v adapter
