Setting Off Fire Sprinklers with Fire Alarm Activation

In this video, I explain and demonstrate how fire sprinklers function. Three different types of sprinklers are showcased. With each activation, one of my fire alarm demonstration systems is set off. I hope this video can inform how fire sprinklers systems operate to control fires. Thanks for watching!

I’ve received numerous comments of many people saying this is not a valid test. Such comments include: “the sprinklers weren’t at the proper water pressure” “there wasn’t a ceiling” “the sprinklers had different activation temperatures/response times” etc.
I cannot stress enough that this video is NOT intended to be a legitimate test to determine what sprinkler is superior, which activates faster, and demonstrating the effectiveness of sprinklers. This is just a simple experiment and informational video on how fire sprinkler systems function. The response time rating I give each sprinkler is purely for fun and not meant to be taken literally.
