आज के प्लान का साइज़ है 20X50 फीट जोकि 3 साइड से कवर है ओर सिर्फ सामने का हिस्सा ओपन है । इस प्लान को 2 फ्लोर मे बनाया है जिसमे 5 बेड रूम, 2 बाथरूम , कार पार्किंग , रसोई, सीढ़िया , लॉबी , बाल्कनी ओर भी काफी कुछ है। अगर आप ओर भी रूम चाहते है तो 1st फ्लोर को same रिपीट कर सकते है ।
👉आप कुछ charges देकर अपने प्लॉट के लिए वास्तु के अनुसार अपनी REQUIREMENTS के हिसाब से हमसे प्लानिंग करवा सकते है । हमसे अपने प्लॉट के लिए हाउस प्लान बनवाने के लिए कृप्या मुझे 8302254432 पर कॉल या व्हाट्स अप पर MASSAGE करे । हमारा वादा है आपको मार्केट रेट से काफी कम CHARGES मे हम आपके लिए बेहतरीन हाउस प्लान बना कर देंगे ।

Good morning sir 47 X 30 feet all sides constructed.Required apartment G+4 floors with lift approximately cost.Ground should have parking for 8 flats .ground floor may 30 x15 ka 1 unit. Stair case .this is for rental purposes.Excellent response we saw in your channel. Thank you.

So it's a duplex or double family dwelling and an apartment Style kind of like an apartment built but just two little sections taken out of it how do you pitch it to the two families do you do you say the older family or the older couple at the bottom so they don't have to climb the stairs or do you say the younger family at the top or is it vice versa because of the noise for the older family would they be better on the top floor so they don't hear the noise at the top or is it insulated and you don't hear any noise at all and do you sell it as related families or just or just total families that are non related? Also noticed that the furniture upstairs was built in so you don't have to carry it or buy certain Furniture because it's upstairs and up the steps in the sterile sways look too narrow to get a lot of furniture of it but I might have jumped to conclusions it might just be a single family home I didn't see any Appliance available for upstairs besides the shower which is very important but I didn't see any kitchen area so is it just going to be equipped with microwave or electric things if a second family or person want to live upstairs if you do converted into a two-family dwelling what would the heating and cooling situation before the upstairs to the downstairs would it be controlled by the family downstairs only Orchid the family upstairs control their separately or where they have to buy appliances and would that cause more for the utility bills if utility bills are in question or even pay their
