@@UPSCprepIAS sir,if I start the subject for eg.polity I just get stuck in the first chapter and start to delaying it ,ultimately end up with nothing.soo sir any kind of trick to get a good start for the subject.

Due to lack of guidance... I didn't complete my optional till now and now time is over for mains.. Can i prepare this after my prelims is it safe...
