These competitions serve as moments for these talented individuals to showcase their athletic and artistic capabilities, after they’ve spent countless hours supporting their school’s sports teams in the traditional capacity that you probably envision when you think of cheerleading.
I'd say an order of magnitude above gymnastics in terms of sheer athleticism and difficulty. I mean, have you seen Kat's and Caylee's mid-sections and body tones from the countless hours of movement? Add Baillee, Paige, Hailey, Cecilee, BryneLee to that list, and you get the idea. They are the athletes above any other athletes in any other sport.
