I actually did get around to starting remaking that theme from scratch, while I was in the process of my MM5 album, but never finished it off. One day I shall return to it though, it was a pretty amazing theme
I'm learning this on the piano right now, and man, I gotta say, this song sounds great on SNES, it sounds great on GBA, great on Genesis, and great as a slowed down piano cover. It's fantastic.
SHOURYUKEN!! I can't help it. This song is so awesome that it reminds me of Megaman AND Street Fighter (yeah I know both are made by Capcom). And now that it's Genesized? Winter City Escape Zone 1
According to my project file, the bassline is from Dynamite Headdy. Cant remember which song I took it from though as the Plug-in just says Instrument 4
It is. Spiral Pegacion is the japanese name of "The Skiver" - I chose that as name because I loved the character five 3/4 years ago. I still use Pegasus as nick on every site I've ever got an account on. I'm tempted to change it for something else though.
Its actually Chuck Rock II, and McDonalds Treasure Land Adventure for this one. I think your talking bout the Kick and Snare drum? they are similar to some of the PS4 drums, but are from Chuck rock
You got love that Sega Genesis riff. Mr. Renegade, what game does that awesome bass line come from? It really gives that hyper-chilled Jazziness that I wanted in the original SNES track. (love to just hear that beat take over the whole song in 2:02 and go with the sub-chill beat.)
Hey Ren, did you ever do the special (Complete Works) version of Mega Man 5's ending? It's one of the most beautiful things I've EVER heard. If the answer is no, could you do it?
This game was awful, a bunch of recycled robot masters mashed into recycled stages, with only a few good songs, but TheLegendOfRenegade's remixes make it way more acceptable. Oh, and by the way, great work with even the Sonic's Spinball songs lol Way more enjoyable than the original ones
I know how you feel, although ''awful'' is a strong word. It doesn't have the same feel to it as the Megaman numbered games. It feels like something made with halfass intent. I don't hate it though, it wasn't a garbage game to me but it just doesn't have that feeling...
The lead high pitched synth is the icing of the cake. These are kind of sounds made for the Genesis soundchip.
Haha, icing.
Look in the top left corner at 0:40

Ayy, it finally came out of it’s shell and embraced who they really are,

Because of the FM SoundChip of this Sega Genesis, this version actually sounds ''Colder" than the snes version of this song.

The original song specifically reminds me of the second Snowy World song.
It is. Spiral Pegacion is the japanese name of "The Skiver" - I chose that as name because I loved the character five 3/4 years ago.
I still use Pegasus as nick on every site I've ever got an account on.

Dat Gunstar Heroes sound
this theme was meant for FM
Yes
Makes you wonder how would this look on the Genesis?

Do I hear Phantasy Star IV instruments?
It looks like you need to put names of used instruments in the starting of the description. :)
You should use the instruments from Altered Beast or Space Harrier II
Frozen Freight Train zone
Does anybody remember the GAY BOY ADVANCE?
Gay Boy advance. Remember that console?
The GBA sounds seem better than this to me. I like how they extended the themes with the accompaniment though.
Inuyasha copied megaman, megaman copied inuyasha.
Gay boy advanced lol

did you even play this game
only tengu man and astro man are recycled, and im pretty sure none of these stages were in mm8 bud
Oh pirate man and burner man are both rejected bosses from mm8. When i said "recycled" i didnt mean "re-used".
they were both designed to be used in mm&b they were never rejected at all
Screw you, this one was good.
