Sarso ka saag banane ke liye samagri:
2 bunch Sarso + gandal
1 bunch palak
Mooli ke patte - muthi bhar
½ bunch methi
Mooli - 1/4 cup chopped
Namak
Lehsun - 3 cloves
Hari mirch - 2
Adrak - 1inch
Boiling Water
Makki Atta - 5-6 tbsp
Tadke ke liye
Mustard Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Lehsun - 2 tbsp
Adrak - 1 inch
Onion - 1
Namak
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Lal mirch -4-5
Hari mirch - 2-3
Koila - 1 small
Makki ki roti
Makai ka atta - 1cup
Atta - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup

i like this very much, saag me no haldi, no tomato very good. Palak me tomato matlab sarir me pathari ko nimantran karna, haldi sagme tou matlab green aur kurkumin not good together at all. so in every way this is good process to cook sarso saag. Makki roti me maida nahi hona chahiye meri view point se. Baki sab rocking...

Hi. Making rotis is really simple with the technique shown by Yaman. For sag I didn't have all the ingredients used by Yaman so I made some improvisations. The end result was appreciated by the family but I am sure using Yaman's steps will make it more delicious. Thanks Yaman for working so hard for making it so simple for us. 🙏

I made this today . Quiet a lengthy process but all worth it.Really enjoyed the traditional taste of this dish along with tandoori roti which seems to made like in dhaba . Everyone is so happy with this ♥️ wanted to attach pic of what I made but I don't there's any option to do this in comment section

Amazing Recipe Aman. In spite of yourself being from Rajashthan (I think), how this addition of Radish leaves came to your mind?? Actually, I am a hardcore typical Punjabi and my granny used to add Mooli ke Patte every time she made Sarson ka saag. After her demise, no ladies in our home used to do that. Today, you reminded me of the gold old days of the 1980s, when I used to have the same saag with Makke ki roti with a big dollop of fresh white butter and a huge glass of lassi. But you missed adding ‘Bathua' (Chenopodium album) leaves. Anyways, great recipe bro. Stay Blessed.
