Well explained, is there any quick formula to divide the CIDR into SN. Ex. 10.0.0.0/26 CIDR is divided into 4 SN i.e. 10.0.0.0/28 so, how to find out the SN's mask number i.e. 28?

May I know why the IP addresses are split in to 4 subnets with 16 IP addresses. Since it is a class-A IP address with CIDR 26, it should be 4 networks each having 64 IP addresses. or Do I understand it in wrong way. Please clarify.

Thanks for the excellent video. I do have a question, how does the internet gateway and route tables behave when a request comes from the internet. Also if there is a RDS database in the private subnet how do you give access to this database to DB clients which are part of your on prem network?
Guys, I had to stop such a good tutorial in between. We all know and understand you need revenue. But you cannot add the content in between the Ads. It has to be the other way round. 10 Ads in a 14 minutes tutorial is crazy. After a while my mind was thinking like when will the next ad come so I couldn't focus. You might want to seriously look into this if you want millions of hits. Because this content has the worth.
Recently passed my AWS certification; however I wasn't 100% certain about VPC's; after this video everything makes perfect sense, nice simple equation for CIDRs :), although Raj's comment is 100% correct, main route table should not be attached to IGW. Good none the less well done.
