Have you ever tried using prop boxes to rehab plants? I got a monstera albo last year whose roots all rotted off after shipping to me; I tried so many things to save it and nothing worked until - I put it in a prop box with moss + bark and put the box under a grow light. She grew huge healthy roots within two weeks and she’s putting out a new leaf! I used a clear plastic tote with a clear lid that I got for super cheap at a big box store. Luckily she was a little baby monstera so she fit inside

That first one reminds me of my Alocasia Jacklyn I had. Grew 4 HUGE leaves then got spider mites and from there just kind of rotted and all the leaves died off. I chopped it all the way down but left part of the stem which had new growth starting. That one grew, but it just became a cycle of the same thing with the rot no matter what I did. It was so strange to me. I was eventually able to pull of several large corms. Hopefully it works out for you, those plants are beautiful and expensive!

Have you tried scraping off the dark areas of the stem. I know that @uplantparenthood uses an ear wax scraper she got from a kit. But any way it’s a small metal piece with a little scoop on the end. She would scrape the dark stuff on chonks.
