- In this episode I show you 4 different days on the water in the month of December. The first trip we catch and release 4 sailfish, the next trip we catch some stone crabs with "Life by the Bow" and cook them back at the house, and the last 2 days we go swordfishing.

Glad two see these two you tubers together.
Good to see the Stanz fam with life by the bow. Clay and Stephanie do a great job with their channel as do you Nick. Good to see you guys crabbing together. Promoting life in the Florida Keys.
That was a fantastic video, Nick. Loved the view you get from up top. Happy to see Clay and Stephanie learning Sara's crab techniques. Awesome. We stopped by to say hi a couple times. We'll keep trying to say hi.
Best ch in the world!!!!! Number one for me I love the stanzic family
I miss it down there so much , I grew up in Big Coppit Key commercial fishing and lobstering with my family for 25 years all over from the Marathon Humps to the Marquesas and the back country and outer reef
Been awhile since we seen the scale.
Hey Captain Nick, Roughest Tuffest Sailfish Captain in the Keys!
Love to see you with Clay and Steph.
👊🏻👊🏻
Love life by the bow so glad yinz did a collab!!!!
Those claws look so good, we don't have any here!
Love seeing RUclipsrs collab and teaching each other! Great video!
We missed you Nick! Happy to watch a new video. Hope you had a great vacation
DennyO here, Love the view from the "Crows Nest" or whatever is is called. Great perspective camera view!
It is almost just as cool to watch you tag one and let it go as it is to watch you bring one on board
Why I love watching....Im in NY and it's 15 degrees..not really the reason I watch...You guys are awesome is the main reason!
Been waiting not so patiently for your next vid and i have been rewarded
Just started following Life by the Bow "very cool " I recognized her but couldn't remember from where then it hit so great seeing so many you tubers out with you guys.
Awesome. Thanks for watching
As always!
Excellent!!
Bula Nick
Love ur videos always the best content always something different and worth the wait
Love n best wishes from the 🇫🇯 Fiji Islands
Love to see the colab with life by the bow. More of that please!
I love watching y’all pull in the big swords. Tagging the smalls is great but nothing beats pulling a big ol billfish over the rail. Great video, I really liked the sail fishing footage from the crows nest.
I'm glad to hear that Stan... have a blast :D
That was a great video Nick thanks!! Awesome swordfish!!! 🙂
When there's slow panning shots and lower angles you know Clay is behind the camera. Epic collaboration!
Absolutely love “Life by the Bow” hoping to see more collabs in the future!
Hi, Nick 👋. Those waves 🌊 at the beginning 😳😳 mercy! Looks like a whole lof of fun!
"the tag means the fish had been caught before..." lol So many memes... Love you guys!
Awesome, love both of your channels…. Good stuff gentleman
2 Legends StanzFam and Life by the Bow!! Epic video.
Live bait catches are the best 👍!!! And video in general 🫀- Thank you!!! I am fishing blogger myself and following you from KZ 🙏🖐✋🖐!
Cool view from above.
Loved the way this was done!
Nice nick. Great video as always. Cherish the moments with the little ones. They grow up way to fast
You recording that sailfish fight from the tower is pretty cool. Really shows how you have to work the boat to stay with the fish!
thank you for such an amazing day! im suprised you put me on camera duty, it was funny listening to me getting really excited. definetly one of the best days of my life. i hope we get to fish with you again! it was a pleasure. missing that gorgeous boat already! :)
It was fun trip Lily! One we’ll remember
Great stuff 👍🦈
Awesome video and really enjoyed the collaboration with the Cowarts from life by the bow
Thanks 👊🏻
Excellent video!👍
Me and my husband(native keys kid) are coming down first weekend in Feb. Hope to catch you on the docks!
Awesome vlog StanzFam.
Good stuff.
Very nice 👌 thanks 👌 😊 👍 congrats
Hmm ! My dream boat.
I love your crab 🦀 😋 😍 🚢 very nice 👌 thanks
Awesome video nick
Awesome swordfish catch!
Hey cap I hope yall are safe and keep up the great work
That was an awesome last catch Nick . And as always you make wonderful videos and all of your customers leave with content hearts and happy faces . Outstanding Nick stanczyk .
Thanks 👊🏻👊🏻
@@StanzFam 👊👊👊👊👊👍👍👍👍👍❤
Nick you’re a legend!!
Really enjoyed how you did this video!
Thanks!
Those waves look huge! Pretty sporty even for the big girl
Yall need to do another video with them!!
I got her I got her............what do I do? Bwahahaha🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
that 257 was a little demon broad nice vid Stanz
Life is good 👍
Sailfish bite has been good up in Jupiter and WPB
Nice swells for the Sailfish. That boat makes it look easy, but I have been out there in conditions like that and know it's not.
Always love the videos!! This provided us a ton of different content, much appreciated!! The stone crabbing always interest me
i love your content
Great job yall! Still miss jocelyn
My main man stanz!
Now I want stone crabs!!
I am not big being in tuna towners when it is rough. A 26 foot regulator would plow into a 6-8 foot wave and about catapult me out of the tower. I want me 2 feet on a flat deck on the ground.
You said you'd have an announcement after the first of the year ... Did I miss it? Great to see a new video.
Coming soon , just running behind
@@StanzFam As long as everyone is healthy and happy ... We're happy! I wish I could send my nephew to you for a trip ...
Oh god I can see the line twist in my mind.
Love your content! Being from Minnesota this might be a dumb question for you guys, I apologize if it is. Have you ever run your Freeman at full throttle from your tower when it's not flat? I assume its dangerous...but looks like it would be fun as hell.
Thanks for watching. It is a little sketchy running full speed in the tower, so when we open it up usually I’m down stairs where I have a little more control and stability
Nick, you were missing swords like back in the old days with Bean.
You should drop a trap at Bud n Mary’s…. I bet that boat basin is loaded with stoners
You put out really good, consistent quality content. This channel definitely should have more than 165k Subs, and it will in time.
Would be cool to see you link up with BlacktipH or Finaolive for the ultimate fishing collab.
Those are some massive rollers, I know the video doesn’t show how big they really are, but I’m sure it’s nothing to you lol keep up the vids man! One day I’ll be able to meet you!
You’re 100% right. Camera never does the ocean Justice. Thanks for watching 👍🏻👊🏻
How long does it take you to clean that massive boat, I want to come fish with you !! where do I sign up!
I normally go to a bait barrage and buy live bait
How do you like your new boat?
Hey Nick do you have a name for you're boat and if you do what's it called?
My boat is named “Broad Minded”
Nick, Do you have an enclosure to enclose the cockpit for your customers during wet weather? For the money for a 42' Freeman and the cost of your charters (which I have no problem with) it would be nice to make your clients comfortable during wet weather.
We have side wings to put up which help when running, but it’s not a complete enclosure by any means
I live in Jacksonville Florida. What's the best place to fish???
no windlass?
Just before throwing the cast net, are you guys tossing an oatmeal/chum mix into the water?
They throw sand to cloud up the water so the Balleyhoo can’t see the net being thrown.
So Nick, what was the number on that Sailfish tag? We tagged one down there a few years back and wondering if it happened to be ours.
This was was tagged about 3 weeks prior by a boat in Fort Lauderdale
Nope.....rollers make a long rough day for me! lol
How’s it going brother!!! I was wondering if it’s illegal to keep the sails or if they just don’t taste good? Keep up the awesome content
Just regarded as a “gamefish” / “sportfish” so catch and release is usually practiced. It is definitely good smoked fish , I’ve only ever kept a few and usually cuz they died
@@StanzFam thank you brother. May God bless you and your family even more this year
My dad is heading down that way...
i want to see u catching a mako or GWS please
do freemans have windlass?
Some do
1:49 -- What the hell did I just watch? 🤯
If you pull the tag aren’t you supposed to retag it? I’m not sure that’s why I’m asking.
You can but don’t have to. Ideally I would have just been able to read the numbers and leave it in, but didn’t want to risk the fish dying from us grabbing it out of the water too long to write down the tag number
@@StanzFam ok cool. Awesome boat and videos.
😃👍👍❤
You forgot to pull the banana out . You gotta turn that bad luck around
Get Tammie Gurgiolo out with you!
we want a video from scratch, how to handle the boat
Noted
Where is the Bean Man???
He’s alive and well! Running quite a few backcountry trips
Ok haven't seen him in a minute. Liked the latest video to.
Bro you got Grey hair 😳
Oh yes 🙂
And I thought sight casting red fish was fun, just got out fished by sight casting a sail fish. 🤦🏻♂️
It’s all fun 🙌🏻🎣
You guys are cheating with the stone crab lol. I’ve never seen someone use tongs to pick them up, just grab them from behind. Then just rip the claw off and throw it back.
sus releases
I cringe when the angler keeps reeling against your mate handling the leader
Please slow down your speaking voice!
