Dear Matthew, I'm listening. I can relate to many of your words. Mental health can be a big struggle. A life time effort. Sometimes it seems like self betrayal, that my body takes one more breath.
People who have never experienced it can't understand, even the kind people who want to, it isn't possible.
You can't force yourself to be happy, but you can try to hold on, and then...you have better days! Even days when you feel joy, which sometimes feels impossible. Hold on. ❤
