Thanks, great video! I'm about to start a new job as CDP grill, with the expectation of being fast tracked to be jr sous to run the line by summer, and to be sous next year. This is exactly the checklist I need as I start this new job at the end of the month.
*The wife was just recently offered a big brand chain luxury hotel Line Cook opportunity which they did say that they could see her running a kitchen there in the future. All the while at the same time she was also being offered a Sous Chef opportunity at a upscale assisted living community. Which should she chose I'm curious to what your opinion on the matter is.
