It might be a little confusing, but the fabric used for the veil isn't called tulle. Tulle is only the term for the stiffer forms of mesh fabric, like those used to make a skirt more fluffy/full (like the underskirts), or on the outer layer of a fluffy skirt. Where I live the veil would be called lace, but I don't know if that's the accurate word.
Ooooo. The lace hanging from the back of her dress is a train! I like it. But the whole dress is really lovely.
