HydraGen2299 The whole premise of Jurassic Park the ride (and the whole area within) is that John Hammond made a deal with Universal Studios Hollywood to built his Jurassic Park on their Property after the "Isla Nublar" incident so theme wise its a real place (sources from the ride preview video in the queue). so the "trainer" can reference the actors, as Jurassic World is just a movie. at least that's my explanation.
