The same thing happened at the store I worked at, the lady donated it and thought it was broken. I brought it home, cleaned it up and now it’s our outside vacuum for the patio, does a decent job haha.
I love the LG and Samsung Cordless Vacuum Cleaners because they're not made with candy cane colors, like Dyson's. Still, after this updated review, I'm keeping my corded Miele.
I bought one of these back in 2020, for much more than listed here. (A9 Ultimate version came with hard floor attachment among other things) Cleaning the thing out after each use was a chore, though it is convenient in dustbuster mode using one of the smaller attachments without the extendable wand. I went through so many filters... I was in the market for a more serious vacuum cleaner, and I credit THIS channel for my decision to settle on a Miele C3. Happy customer so far.
Hey folks; do yourselves a huge favour and never buy a bagless vacuum ever!* (*but if you do, take it to Performance Review Guy for repair-it’s great for his business, if you know what I’m sayin.’
Ah I’ve been wanting one of these after tour original review. I love my Henry 200 (again, thank you for the recommendation) and would love a Henry Quick, but they’re so damn expensive in the US. Like any stick vacuum, it will never be a replacement for a dedicated corded vac
Got this vacuum for $100 from a rich person in my area not very used. After two years the two small wheels on the front main cleaner head, the housing around them cracks and the wheels fall off. You can't put them back if it cracks, as the thin plastic holds the metal rod in place. The part from lg is an assembly, but the assembly stops short of this part of the head. It's only the back and sides of the housing not the bottom back portion. So you are forced to purchase the entire nozzle which is 107.99 plus shipping and taxes, comes to $120. Not a great time. Pretty messed up that the small wheels aren't bearings or spherical to avoid pressure on the plastic housing over time. Yikes
As someone who got the jet 75+ for my girlfriend and use it regularly, and someone who owns the a9, I'd recommend the samsung hands down. The build quality is average at best, and you can't really truly wash the canister out like you can on the Samsung. The filters are also ridiculously expensive for the original LG filters, whereas the Samsung filters are palletable at least. Like you mentioned as well, the power modes are stupid on the lg. They also aren't great on the jet, but it does have a usable middle setting at least
@@alexpetree2038 I'm trying to, but the "trim" levels aren't quite understandable here, there's 6 zillion versions with ones with only the "fluffy" head right to the top of the line thing with a crap ton of attachments I wouldn't even wanna use and the station that sucks the contents of the bin into a bag (which I absolutely do not need, plus I don't wanna pay 1200+ dollars for a pretty much substitute vac) and batteries are also kinda hard to find directly from Samsung.

@@PerformanceReviews absolutely! Would love to visit the shop when we’re in that neck of the woods.
Would be much better if it was $200. I'm saving up for a D4. Need to find a new job tho

I have the LG cord zero A9 but the carpet head has stopped working? Anyone got any trouble shooting ideas please?

For a cordless this looks pretty good, are you going to do anymore vacuums saved vlogs?
Unfortunately I don't have the time right now maybe in the future.
The docking thing on the head is for the self empty model there’s a thing that can be pushed out on the door to allow you to hang the accessory.
While you’re at it….how about never buying a cordless vac? Central vac, on the other hand is awesome!
Do you have any plans to review the samsung bespoke jet ai? (different from regular bespoke jet)
Send one to me for review
@@PerformanceReviews I wish, I'm wondering if it's worth buying if it ever goes on sale lol
Most cordless vacuums are pretty useless.
Wish they sold these in Europe.
If you all can get the samsung jet 75, that's a great option
