I've heard this hardwood floor cleaning issue occurs a lot in units tested by American reviewers. From what I understand, their LG cordzero doesn't come with both the hardwood head and the carpet one. In Australia it comes with both standard. The hardwood and tile floors head is a spongey roller with a more opened front for picking up bigger dirt. If my eyesight is correct, you're using the carpet head on the tiles, which has a more closed front to create better suction on carpets.
Love my LG Cord Zero. I have none of those problems on my hardwood floors -- even picks up the debris that gets in the cracks between tounge and grooved pieces. The head I use for all the floors is different than the one you're showing -- and swivling the head to go along side the edge of a floor will pick up all the stuff you say pushes into a pile. The doors don't bother at all and the choice to empty into a filterd bag or into the trash directly is extra. Time is really not an issue here, is it? Anyway -- love all LG stuff.
Ok, so those little red dots are impossible to pick up by everything I own, even my own hand!. We had a balloon that had purple ones and it popped on our tile floor.. I think I'm still picking them up a year later!
We just bought this and I’m almost immediately regretting it. Right off the bat it wouldn’t pick up the cat food pellets that were scattered on the hardwood floors. I had to literally put the vacuum over top of the pellets in order for it to suck up, and after that it would still spill out of the vacuum head. It’s very frustrating.
The higher end unit is way superior over the unit you have. The head you tested is poor design, the filter bag is not auto closing and has no light to sanitize the dirt in the filter assembly. They are not clear on the difference unless you see them side by side.
There's no excuse in this day and age for a vacuum not to be good especially from a company like LG all those in charge of the design should be promptly fired.
I find the 'open tab' on the dust bin gets caught on things while vacuuming & opens spilling debris in the floor :( too much $$ for a design flaw like that. For the $, I regret switching from Dyson, instead of just upgrading
Hello, I bought a vacuum cleaner in the Teleshop store. It had very poor suction so I returned it. Consider performing more difficult tests that involve crushing/stomping on crumbs/dirt on carpet etc. and then vacuuming them up. This is a more realistic test
I bought this when it first came out and paid $800. It's horrible!! It gets clogged all the time, and when you turn it off some of the dirt comes back out on the floor.

Thank you. It was so over priced & I have hardwood floors so that purchase would have been awful for me. You're awesome.

this review saved me $500 , thank you so much!
I could have bought a second robot vacuum for that money. I gave it away. Terrible performance on woollen carpets
the small motorized head is for pet hair on couches and upholstery
I wonder why LG doesn't include the hardfloor soft roller attachment at that price?
Good question
Thanks for the info regarding hardwood. I have nothing else, guess I look at something else :)
Your machine must have been broken, this is the best stick vacuum I have ever used.
Oh wow, thanks for sharing your experience!

Thanks for always keeping it honest!
Any time!

Great view... Er... I mean review 😍 jokes aside those red dots are impossible to pick up. I think Dyson owns the stick vacuum space
GREAT Review, Erin!
Thank you!
That’s bad. It has clever design but lousy vacuum cleaner. Great review Erin. 👍🏻
Right?!
beautiful dress
Thank you! Cheers!
thankyou for your honest review
Glad it was helpful!
Great job keep doing what you're doing. 😊💯
Thank you 🙌
Beware of LG tv's WebOS. It claims its an android, but it has hardly any apps whatsoever.
Bought it. It’s a POS.
Why do you not like it?
Sorry, excuse my ignorance. What is POS?
@@gregbasinski7222 In this case, it's short for "piece of sh**"
