    Thank you! This is very helpful. I simulate my puffer jacket with a realistic quilting line and it starts going into each other. But it was fine without a realistic quilting line. Could you please help me with this?

      Use the Hi Res Garment Tool to be sure you have the finished garment set up properly. You can also use the Set Sublayer tool to ensure the layers act as they should support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013802288-Set-Sublayer-Pattern-

    Thank you for this great breakdown! When would you use presser vs this new fill tool? If you use the realistic option does that take out the need to add puckering?

      The fill tool will allow you to control the shape of the quilting. You are correct about the realistic option.

    Is it possible to create a large piece with just one large fill, no quilting? I'm trying to create a large poncho, and it's going to be filled with a sheet of padding not quilted.

      I tried pressure but it just filled up like a balloon. This looks more promising, looking forward to try it out!

      Hi @wonderboy75. You for pressure you will need two layers of fabric. They should have pressure applied to both layers. The same about of pressure applied to both sides, one positive and the other negative. This way it won't inflate like a balloon and fly away

    Is there a video showing the steps to create the initial pattern for the puffer jacket?

      There is not. This is a very basic block with collar, cuffs, waistband and zipper.

    Hi, I still don't get what's the difference between 'selected line' and 'previous line', could you explain more pls?

      Yes, please explain this

      Selected Line is the Segment you chose to start the Internal Line Offset. Previous Line is one of the lines being created AFTER you begin offsetting Internal Lines.

    Is there any good guideline for how much fill to put, or is it just trial and error?

    • @CLO3D
      @CLO3D  Год назад

      It depends on the look you are going for and how the garment is constructed.
