- Finally able to ride up the Batang Kali route to Genting Highlands, but really old tires (since 2020) means it was not a good idea to push. Definitely time to change out the tires soon!

Maybe at his position he could see more over the crest than I could so he could go for it..
But in any case if in doubt just hold back till it is clear or you feel safe to make the pass. No need to "stick" with the rider ahead, just catch up or regroup later on.

Kapcai full on tunnel visioning, no spatial awareness. Sometimes can see their behaviour even following them for few seconds.

@@may_12521 I agree, I am a kapcai user as well but seeing the way they ride is literally a nightmare for me, it's not that I am being coward or something but, I don't want to take responsibility for any consequences. on weekend I usually ride hard on Cameron Highlands and respecting lanes is the key for safe riding even when you're pushing.
@@alep8645 idk why, most of the kapcai o see has the gives no shit type of behaviour when riding. I just cant stand it and i let them go or wait until a straightaway to overtake them.
To be fair, most of the kapcai riders don't ride like that guy in the video, he is special. 😅 Some asked why didn't horn or rev at him.. Honestly if he cannot notice at least 2 bikes with fairly loud exhaust closely behind while having side mirrors to see, I don't think anything will get his attention. Or like some said, he just doesn't care at all. Only he will know.

All roads are fine for any bike, don't worry about it! Only the parts when the elevation is too steep you will find it a bit slow to climb, but we don't have that many really steep elevations on our roadways. If you see a faster bike approaching, just give a bit of room for them to pass. Make it safe for both you and other riders..
Why the triumph always counter his body opposite direction like riding kapcai? Do all naked rider does that?
It's not his bike so he is not used to it, had already mentioned it to him, so he knows that he should work on correcting that.. Not all naked bike riders ride this way..

Thanks for viewing! Do you mean the mirrors on my ZX-6R? Yes it works for me, I can see just enough if there is "something" or not, but I follow up with a head check as always. I cannot say the same for everyone, some have tried mirror like mine but cannot handle it. Not sure if it fits good on the ZX-25R though. I didn't try putting them on as Vee didn't want small mirrors. Here's the link:

On the ZX6R? Yes I have the QS. For me QS is not something I use 100% of the time.. If the RPM is low or if I'm not hard accelerating, I tend to clutch shift. Love your gearbox.. QS is not a toy.. 😁

To be honest, if it was a big bike, that lane swerving would be just as dangerous, if they aren't going fast.. Makes it dangerous for the ones behind them to pass.

Unfortunately I do not have the route on GPS since we already memorized by heart. The waypoints I can suggest is as below for the Ulu Yam Batang Kali route to Genting/Gohtong, after that it's pretty much follow the signs or just GPS to Berjaya Hills Bukit Tinggi from Gohtong pretty straightforward:

For Bukit Tinggi I think so, as long as the elevation is not too steep otherwise it will struggle a bit.

Yup, agreed! If I'm going fast I still do quick glances in the mirror just in case someone faster is approaching so I can let them pass..
Just wondering does your windshield protect your head from wind when you're sitting upright cruising on the highway? How fast can you cruise at without feeling tired in maybe a couple of hours?
It doesn't really block the wind completely but it does ease the wind resistance quite a bit.
The windshield works best if you are tucked behind it, like in a race position. If you are upright you will definitely still feel some of the wind, although much less if compared to a naked style bike. Cruising speed is relative to the rider comfort zone.. I would like 160-180 km/h depending on traffic. To me the wind is less of an issue compared to hand numbness gripping the throttle for long periods. But for windshield, if you want the most protection, go with the race bubble or double bubble types
