hardcore punk band Bristol UK - Видеоклипы
I used to have this EP in 1985. I was 16 years old. Now it’s 2024 and listening to this at 54 😀. I love Disorder 👍
Punks Get Old ! 🍻
Have you heard the latest Asylum, it's maaaad
My youth
I listened to this when it came out in the eighties and I'm listening to this in 2021. And it STILL sounds superb.
Totally unique sound, don't think I've heard anything like it before and since. The best thing they've ever done.
Have you ever heard Blazing Eye ? They have a unique sound too , i think they influenced by Disorder maybe ?
That's a good comparison actually
One of the greatest artifacts of hardcore ever made. Every second of this EP is fucking perfect. There's simply nothing else like this.
Well said
RIP Neil "Virus" Worthington (Drummer to the band)
Rip
@Doomsday Defense 1977 I thought this was a stupid comment, then the more I thought about it the more I get what you're putting down. Discharge didn't really go full 2/2 blastbeat, they had the d-beat skip. That just pshpshpshpshpshpsh, probably you're right, I can't think of a band doing it before these gents. So then following them you got E.N.T., who begat Napalm Death...
The blastbeat developed differently but contemporaneously in the US. The first two DRI 7"s...
Viva el punx vivx o muertx fin.
@@pizzawar not a stupid comment at all, but a very astute one if he's not into it...Disorder where hugely influential on grind core not just musically, but the whole "Anti-Music" idea was born with them. "distortion 'till deafness".
They were a punk band, but Naplam Death would not have existed without them.
I spent a few summers with Neil in Spain in the years before he died, after my divorce from the mother of his boys. We had something in common and become great friends. I'm still very close to his boys. His eldest is carrying the flame playing bass and guitar in a few bands in Bristol.
hit my doctor with a hatchet/now i've got this special jacket
I used to carry a cassette in the pocket of my leather jacket......Disorder on one side and Chaos UK on the other. I would slip it in at lame ass parties just to get the joint jumping.
Would you slip the headphones on everyone and turn them into devoted Christians ?
Underrated band and album. Super important and overlooked in the progression of hardcore and fast music.
Fast disorder
@@blackgoat6666 not important.Shit band
Done right. In my top 10
Drummer kicks this
Like a roller coaster... hang on
2:20 rampton coming back in from the bridge isnt something most bands ever get
You dont want it to end
And the hi hat....choo choo. Perfect
This one belongs in the punk/hardcore hall of fame if it existed....and it should exist
Too bad they never came out to the LA scene 1981-1986
I prob play the Perdition EP a bit more often, but the cover art for this one has gotta be top five all time.
It's me waiting for the bus
@@blackgoat6666 haha good one
Listening to this for over 30 years, can't believe it. RAMPTON!!!!!!!
2 people rather be listening to the casualties.
fuck the casualties
DrewTuche those are the ones that disliked this video
Nothing wrong with casualties
@@elduende9962 spelled "everything" wrong there buddy
they just found a way how to make cash,im pretty sure that every member of casualties have grown out of punk but still they deserve respect for thier old work...
I used to huff gas while playing this as loud as my cheap stereo would go.
My fave punk band!

Rampton is a classic Class A!
I started to listen disorder here in Brazil in 82....33 years after....I love this!!!!!!!!!!!
Same here. Heard this song on MRR one night and immediately fell in love. Honestly I'm not a huge fan of crust or whatever but this EP is punker than shit. 👍🖕💕
@@tfries1607 This isn't crust, this is hardcore.
@@chuy8356 how about hardcore crust then?
Just saw this band live at Kappunk In Tokyo, gotta say, good stuff, the pit was the wildest, really great set, especially one song that was like “China” and then screams, really catchy
4:19 to 4:30 I can't think of another band who made guitar sounds like this
Back when the guitars were just really loud and played with barchords and not a shitload of distortion like many bands today
Lot of UK82 has that sound. Discharge and Chaos UK would be other prime examples
comes free with a straighjacket
One of Disorder’s many great releases influential band no doubt! They’re up there for me along with Chaos UK, Chaotic Dischord, and Discharge as the best bands to come out the UK during the 80’s
Agreed, and a very underrated band. I remember hearing them on a punk compilation called Burning Ambitions as a kid back in the mid 90's. I got the whole CD box set for $5 back then lol. The first time I heard The Rampton Song, I was like "ok, this is the shit!!", I replayed that song so many times.
Chaos UK. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And The Seats of Piss along with the Sic Boy Federation
Indeed
You know Chaotic Dischord wasn't actually a real band. The F off you C--t album was a joke thrown together by members of Vice Squad when they had a couple of hours of studio time left so they got really drunk and had some fun. It did kinda take on a life of it's own though.......
Awesome band..major influence..Taf rules
DESORDER was destroy punk...anarchist song and violent.. music. I have 53 years old.. and love that...
Disorder are the best punk band ever
No music compares to real Punk Rock.
Thank you for recording this and the others Disorder , changed my life, I wish I could hear them again for the first time ((MINDBLOWN)) I sat in a daze the entire day listening to complete disorder the LP all damn day .. fucken loved it , Chaos Uk the total chaos yellow LP and the first few songs on flogging the corpse “HATE” Maggie and “police” protection also had the same effect on me , different day of course probably within weeks of discovery and Con(F)use . Had this mesmerizing effect on me , thank you trailblazers
Try and play this for your friends at work. We are all mad we are still insane 😅
Punk
The real feckin deal
Great stuff!
i have this back patch c:
100% Punk Rock in its purest form, and that is no opinion. I used to get heat for favoring U.K. Punk music over American. BUT to be fair the spirit of Punk originated in the UK. Not to say there weren't any excellent American punk bands like Minor Threat or Black Flag for example. It's just that I can hear & feel the precise difference between the two. UK punk has just always sounded more authentic to me. Their attitude as well seems more profound with a certain unique purpose.
Ive always preferred uk punk over us punk. Just think its got a better sound
Long live to spikes
Oh, I love this 7"/ I wore my copy out like a dumbass instead of taping it but yeah, this was in thee days before Discogs and paying $8 for it seemed like a rip.

Punks not dead
Saw these in a front room of a squatted house in Hackney around the time of this. Amazing experience.
the only places we played in Hackney in them days was The Blue House (squat school (prison?) and Hackney Bus Garage which was squatted by some of the hardcore element of the peace convoy during winter times. I can't remember doing a gig in a front room of a squat, allthough we used to often visit our mates in Hackney who were in bands like Eat Shit, and God Told Me To Do It and the sons of bad breath but I don't think we had a gig there. Maybe we did and I can't remember.
@@disordertaf The Blue House rings a bell now you mention it.
@@robertmaycock4813 We had to walk by Screwdriver nazi squat on the way there, a bit of verbal abuse from there I remember.
@@disordertaf Skinheads in general scared the shit out of me in those days. More so nazi skinheads as me being a metaller and my brother being punk. I must say i never got any shit from the punk gigs i went to with my brother but unfortuanetly he and his punk friends always got questioned what the hell they were doing at metal gigs. This would of been pre thrash metal days before it came more acceptable for punks to be seen at metal gigs and metallers to be seen at punk shows. They were certainly great times as well as being scary some of the time.
@@robertmaycock4813 yea me too...when I went to a metal club in Brighton I got a beating in 1982 or 83. I was wearing a sexy nurse uniform and stockings and army booys, studs etc, and a bit of make up, we was out celebrating a birthday and all dressed up in fancy dress. Just picked on me for wearing my clothes saying I was gay but I was with my girlfriend. I hopoe that doesnt happen anymore, they have a dress code in clubs now so I guess that would not happen

Some "punk" you are
i don't give a shit whether Britain leaves EU or not. You don't seem to realise what the results are for Britain. In the long run. It''s not my country. "Punk" has nothing to do with it.
Punk has plenty to do with politics. Seems youve toally missed the point.
Get back to your glue bag
What's a gurt?
One year later. Still gurtless.
It's a bristol dialect word that roughly translates as 'very'. Gurt tasty...Gurt big etc. However when I lived in bristol I heard people say it for big too. Look at that Gurt bee or look at all they Gurt squirrels. Gurt pint ...dunno. Gurt lush is a bristol expression so popular I once bought a t shirt with it on for a friend who was as baffled as you
I always use it to mean big, but a pint is a pint, it cant be any bigger.
Unfortunately , you don't hear it very often nowadays . Probably more from older folk .
Also means "Surrounded By" as in "Gurt By Sea" But yea very Bristol and surrounding arial.
Casualities a bunch of posers
Wondering why......
Disorder, Doom, and Crass are just so incindiary
NOW THIS IS FUCKING PUNK.
My work is inspired by this
And I hate the casualties
