Garden Vada pav gets its name from JJ Garden which is like 100m from the location. It was originally a cart opposite the garden (they still serve at the cart too)
Mohit this is 4 u, you have equalled the charm of Kunal sir in this video, you didn't do anything special but it happens automatically. I enjoyed it the most.
I have been to all these places during my LLB days. Burgers of Camp is the best burger i have ever had till date. Also the old school ambience including the Beatles poster is too good.
actually we wanted to try more but they weren't allowing us to shoot so we quickly had the most popular one but next when I am in pune I'll try the others
they don't have that anymore since the ban you "beef" any how that was the best steak burger or pulled steak burger ever man the best. now they serve only chicken steak burger

First of all, yea there is a garden around…you were standing at the kitchen but not the real outlet…it’s a few meters near JJ Garden, hence Garden vada pav, Cafe Durga…u actually went to the franchise which usually not that great…the OG Durga cafe is at MIT college. Ganesh was ok there are several who had used the same name and this one is famous too, but again not the OG Ganesh bhel…still 10/10 I am surprised but still happy…

Ate here back in 2002 when I was studying engineering. It was a huge chicken burger compared to what McDonalds had started serving back in 1998-99 in Mumbai.

It's called westend vada pav because way back in 1991 there was a small thela selling vada pav on the footpath adjacent to a garden, which was called westend garden, possibly named after a well-known cinema nearby, as time went by we saw the name change and the location too.. Though the place where you shot the video is now the main outlet, there is still a thela near the garden selling the same vada pav))) By the way guys, I liked your choices of must haves in pune... Do make a part 2 , there are some more places around this side of town that make the tastebuds go crazy!!!

#1 you went to the OG Burger King place at the end of East Street. My 26-plus years of association with Burger King. ❤ Though last few visits have been to the Koregaon Park/ABC Farm. #2 The area is called JJ Garden and hence the name Garden Vada Pav.
My Wife is from Pune, Im from Mumbai, let me say Camp burger is super good, Akhtar Samson is little over rated, But honestly im yet to eat road side street but good Chinese, but the street food is nice 😊

Are yaar tum logo ko Camp ke alawa pune mein kuch dikhta nahi kya? Camp ke hi kitne outlets promotion karoge. Camp ke bahar bhi pune bhot bada jara ghumo
Please don’t eat at or suggest eating at garden vada pav as it is the most unhygienic and dirty places to eat.. there have been so many cases reported of people almost dying after eating there.. even the local police have reported them on many occasions.. unfortunately wannabe Kunal vijaykars are fooling people into eating crap like this.. shame on this channel..hope people don’t fall for such nonsense and eat here..
