1. Igredients Used for the Red velvet cake
For the cake
1 box Red velvet cake mix
1 small pk (3.4oz) instant chocolate fudge pudding
1 cup melted butter at room temp
4 eggs @room temp
1/2 cup buttermilk @room temp
1/2 cup sour cream @room temp
1/4 cup cold plain coffee
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
For the frosting
8oz cream cheese @ room temp
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup)butter at room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2. Ingredients used for the carrot cake
1 box carrot cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup freshly grated carrots
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp All spice
Frosting (all ingredients must be at room temp)
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick)
1 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3. Ingredients used for the Red velvet cookies
1 15oz box of Red velvet cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) of melted butter @ room temp
1 cup white chocolate chips (*save some to place on top of the cookie dough scoops)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4. Ingredients used for the gingerbread cake
For the cake/ Bread
-----------------------
1 16oz pk of Ginger bread mix
1 1/4 cups buttermilk or whole milk
1/2 Tbsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Spread 1tbsp of melted butter over the cake while it’s still hot!
For the lemon glaze
-----------------------
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
5. Ingredients used for the pistachio cake
For the cake
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 pk (3.4oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
1/3 cup vegetable oil (adds a lot of moisture)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
zest of 1 lime
4 eggs @ room temp
1/2 cup buttermilk @room temperature
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
A few drops of green food color
For the caramel butter rum glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp lemon extract
4-5 Tbsp Heavy whipping cream
A drop of green food color
6. Ingredients used for the pineapple upside down cake
For the glaze
1/4 cup butter (4 Tbsp)
3/4 cup light brown sugar or brown sugar
About 7 pineapple rings from a 20oz can
10 or more maraschino cherries
For the cake
1 15oz box pineapple cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1 cup pineapple juice from the same can
1 tsp vanilla extract
I made the red velvet cake yesterday. My husband ate 3 pieces back to back. Thank you Mansa! I will never bake my cake any other way than this.

I thank you for sharing. Box cakes are my go to but I've never tried the pistachio cake or the red velvet cookies. I have the ingredients for them both. It's just a matter of which of them I decide to bake 1st. You just make everything look so delicious ❤❤❤❤❤

We grow a very big garden. We had a 31 pound pumpkin that I cooked down and canned. I also make my own juice and milk. So I took the remnants from the juice which was carry orange and pineapple, and I saved it and I put it in two cakes. Today I totally cheated and used a Duncan Hines better because two eggs quarter cup of oil, my orange, carrot and pineapple pulp. It’s wonderful because I made homemade cake yesterday I German Shepherd jump the gate during the night apparently and got into the kitchen and ate the cake. This is why I always have a box cake ready to go.

You can add 1 tablespoon expresó coffee (not made). I personally prefer pilao which is Brazilian or Italian expresó instead of Cuban expresó. Trust me on that
