That "Alu wala samosa" is known as "Shingara" in Bangladesh and it tastes better with raw onion and green chili. And the another one which is triangle shaped, we called it "Somucha". In Pakistan and India, it is called "Samosa" but in Bangladesh, we called it "Somucha" and it's mainly made with onion and some other ingredients, not potato.

Pakore is Pakora in Bangladeshi term. Pyaz ke pakore = Piaju, Channe = Chanda Dal / Chola. Fried rice : White one you use known as Muri. There is another version called : Cheera (چیرا). This is actually Poha. But in Bangladesh we say : Cheera We loved it’s fried version

Farid, brother, take love. From, your vlog, I can say it was Beef kala bhuna. It’s a popular and everyday item in our cuisine. To get it’s most taste, you must mix it with hand ( same way you mix rice and meat in khabsa) and than you must eat this. Beef is the most favorite item in Bangladesh, not fish & yes we too love spices. One thing here was not like us was the Semoy. We cook either with milk and pistachio or simple milk or without milk ( same style as you guys do). Chola : the fried rice is called, “ Muri ”

The foods you have tried there, the real taste you would get, if you use your hand instead of the spoon. The dried rice is called "muri" we eat that specially in RAMADAN with channa, chole, pakore etc. The first dish that you have tried, "Rice with beef" you would get the real taste with your hand to if you would mix the curry and a rice little more.

Farid, brother, take love. From, your vlog, I can say it was Beef kala bhuna. It’s a popular and everyday item in our cuisine. To get it’s most taste, you must mix it with hand ( same way you mix rice and meat in khabsa) and than you must eat this. Beef is the most favorite item in Bangladesh, not fish & yes we too love spices.
One thing here was not like us was the Semoy. We cook either with milk and pistachio or simple milk or without milk ( same style as you guys do).
