Cadisen has now corrected the Elephant in the room.... I received a new watch today and it mentions 5ATM Waterproof. Kudos to reviewers who informed Cadisen about this and to Cadisen who willingly has addressed this issue. Good review bro.

UPDATE: I've spoken to Cadisen now and this is what they had to say: The black and blue models are now all '5ATM'. But some of the gold ones might still be '50ATM'
A good looking datejust homage with a lot of pros and a few flaws. Great review Aviv! I got a good laugh with the 50ATM, made me think “forget those divers out there, my datejust has 5000M water resistance!” 😂👍 Dave

This Cadisen datejust so good with the tan leather strap. 38mm is also perfect. Agree with you on the disproportionately small hands. The minute hands don’t reach the edge of the hour markers... which i noticed is the issue with most datejust homage watches on Aliexpress.
When you described the dial at the beginning, I had to smile when you just mentioned it said 50ATM but your voice clearly said "that's hilarious" lol. Great review as usual. If you want a decent Datejust homage, I guess this is reasonable value for money. For under $70 you get sapphire glass and a seemingly pretty good bracelet. I agree about the hands though. I'm maybe not so hugely concerned about the length, but what I noticed very quickly is how thin they are compared to the indicies. Can't be unseen IMHO. I agree pretty much to all your pros and cons here. If they'd sorted these (rather easy to fix) details, this would be really bang for the buck. Of course I'd rather see old reliable NH35 here as well, but ok.

I had coupons and coins to use on AliExpress, and I was able to get it for under $60. I’m really happy with that price and I would’ve only saved about their couple of dollars waiting for the next big sale down the road. No need to wait, so I just got it today. I’d rather have it sooner than wait months to save $5.... and I’ll have it in just a few weeks or less. I’m a happy camper! 🤗

I agree, QC is the main place where those AliExpress brands cut corners to keep the price down. Unfortunately that can sometimes result in epic fails like 50ATM or disproportionate hands sets.. Thanks for watching Adrian!
QC is definitely an issue with these brands. Also, some of them are willing to swap their brand name the second their reputation drops. That's one of the things that might actually dissuade one from an otherwise solid watch (for the money) like Cadisen, Pagani, Parnis, etc
Hello Aviv, great video, as always. For me , the badest thing about this watch is to be a Rolex homage. A lot of people do not like homages watches, and in this case it is a shame because this watch have a fabulous value for the money !
I love it, I think it is the best watch you can get under 100 bucks, and I had a lot of affordable watches. Only thing I dont like as much is bracelet, not high quality like rest of the watch.
Too late - already had one ^^ Size yes it is great! 38 should be the new 40 ^^ My 8053 ran at -0.46s a day for 5 days.. Amazing. Lucky bumps and bruises during shipping probably regulated it like that XD Yes the hand set.. 2mm longer both and just that bit thicker.... but not complaining much. Rev B will be better ^^
That's a tough question to answer because there's no clear-cut answer. The Pagani Design has a better movement, a Seiko NH35, but is too large in my opinion at 42mm. The Parnis is more true to the original design and you can get it with a Miyota movement, but costs almost double the Cadisen's price. I chose the Cadisen because it felt like the middle ground between the two others. I would really like to also have the Parnis though. Thanks for watching Jason!

I have 11 watches in my collection and have never once had a single compliment, even for my dressier Blue Seiko Cocktail time. You must live in a country where people appreciate watches more! 😂 I must say I’m tempted by the blue dial version of this watch - the cadisens are awesome value for money.

Mine came in the mail today. 5ATM on the dial. However, the crown winds in the opposite direction to set the time which is weird. And the minute and hour hands don’t even work! Second hand is ticking away but the minute hand just stays still all day long.... real shame cuz this is a beautiful watch. I’m going to try to exchange it for one with a movement that actually tells time....
I recommend you watch the video I made about what to do when you get a watch that isn't working from AliExpress. I got a malfunctioning Phylida and received a full refund.

You have to look closely to see its not a Rolex. Other watches that look like Rolex such as Invicta submariner homages have "Invicta" engraved on the sides of the case so you can see its not Rolex from a distance!

A smooth bezel and a regular framed date window would’ve been nice to “de-Rolex” it a bit. That 50ATM line is a downright abomination.
