I watched a few videos on the Dera and haven’t heard anyone mention how the some of the Incarnon upgrades for this and the Cestra are incorrect/inconsistent with other Incarnons. The names of the Dera’s Extended Volley and Swift Deliverance perks should be swapped, and the Deathtrap Trigger perk should be Critical Parallel. The Cestra’s Survivor’s Edge perk should be Commodore’s Fortune, and Deathtrap Trigger should be Zeroed In. Haven’t noticed any incorrect/inconsistent perk names with any of the other 3 Incarnons. Hopefully they fix these because it bothers the hell out of me.
With high ground, the extra base crit chance of BOTH FORMS is based on the base form's current status chance. I have a riven that lets me get rougly 141% status chance on the base form, and roughly 101% on the incarnon. Adding another 60/60 does not increase the crit chance of the incarnon any further. I still think without a status chance riven DT may be better but its up for debate.
Red Archon Shards give status chance to Primaries and is therefore a good way to get external status chance for this! Might be worth looking into to be able to hit that 35% crit chance
Hey brother, just stopping in to say i really appreciate the videos you make. I'm around the 400 hour mark and I'm still a massive new-guy, so having these guides to hold my hand through some of this stuff is incredibly helpful in this complicated game. You're awesome, looking forward to this video.
Completely unrelated to the video, I was having some trouble with my Nautilus prime not pulling with Cordon and only attacking enemies. I did some light testing taking off assault mode, and the nautilus would start immediately pulling enemies. I looked it up online and it said something about Assault mode and Cordon cancelling each other out because they both have a 30m range, so your Nautilus will keep shooting until it runs out of ammo, then after they will start pulling and will never shoot again. They said the only way to solve it was to have and unranked Assault mode on with Cordon, and that worked for me. Have you seen or heard of anyone encountering this bug? Dope video btw, i actually picked the same weapons being the Dera and the Sicarus - the sicarus has been looking insane.
Currently taking a break from warframe now that my semester started, but... these new incarnons are looking great so far. Maybe I'll grab them when it rolls back around in a few months
Got dera, cestra, sicarus, and okina. okina is stupid good and incredibly fun to use, sicarus has an incredibly high damage ceiling, but it's bugged so expect a nerf in the next few days, to use it well, you'll need a pretty good aim, because one of the incarnon evolutions is the secondary deadhead on steroids, with a penalty for body shots. i don't have a dera vandal i can install the incarnon on, and something about the cestra tells me either a tenet variant or a vandal variant is planned or being talked about.
i do like your videos but with dera being one of my favorite weapons when i first started playing, i've already play tested it a lot and can point out some mistakes being made here. Evolution 4 "Deathtrap trigger" gives 14% cc which is way worse with your build if you used "High ground" instead. With high ground and 2 60/60 mods the base cc is already 2,5% higher, with hammer shot being a core mod we're already looking at 52.5% cc instead of 44%. You can further boost this with crimson archon shards and/or a riven mod up to 65% base cc total. I would also point out that in your comparison you didn't actually switch the incarnon evolutions (13:38). Besides that, i do agree with blast as the best element for dera, as it lacks aoe, and i really hope that the riven disposition stays as it is :)
14:38 idk why but when I choose high ground I get more cc , I have only two 60/60 + galvanized mod Edit: nvm I'm stupid I didn't hear what u said , yeah CD do feel a lot better
Hey syrian! It's ok, honestly the weapon is VERY new (at least the incarnon mode is) so you never know if info comes out that says GalvApt is multi, but SO FAR it seems additive.

Interestingly for this gun it seems a status chance, crit dmg, multishot riven would be best. An interesting deviation crom the norm

Nice!! I completely forgot about archon shards! Might be a good combo on warframes that dont need much for shards, like Loki

Aw thanks for the kind words MeatOgre!!! I still learn new things every now and then also, this game has ALOT of different mechanics/processes
This was my favorite gun waaaay back in the early days. It feels good to be using it again in modern content.

Nice we get new incarnon weapon builds thanks man
Citrine's 3 is also a huge buff to status chance, but at that point you can just use her 4 to red crit
Citrine’s 3 gives a status chance buff

I know this might be a longshot but you think there's any chance you could do an Ivara build?
you are thinking of Citrine
Just waiting for a barrel from invasions
gun seems to be doing way more dps with aptitude
i think damn near everyone is grabbing Okina and Sybaris

This incarnon isnt the best, but its flexible, and its actually pretty strong, projectile flight is a little annoying though.
18:10 Nice T pose 🙃
Damn Im late to the party
