I was terrified for you throughout the entire vid. Was bracing myself at every step of the transformation in case he shattered into so many white plastic shards. Also I like that you briefly showed the gerwalk mode :D
Definitely a must have for a g1 collection. I remember that trip like it was yesterday. Your Jetfire looks nice and crisp. Mine has fell victim to the yellowing disease a bit. I also love the part where you show the 5 points of articulation. Mandatory for g1 transformers reviews. 😊.
Y'know they could find a loophole in the whole legal dispute by giving him a new head mold and cartoon accurate colors if they ever consider adding him to the Walmart G1 reissues
@@mitchsantona yeah, so I've been planning on simply buying a few junkers and making one good one out of all their parts, then most likely repro parts for the super Valkyrie armor bits
Congrats, bruh. You'll NEVER see this big boy reissued ever again so take care of him. Got two back in 2001 on e__y from a woman in Italy who never played with them as she got them as presents but she hated robots and kept them in a trunk in her attic. Mint in box, still not yellowed to this day. Keep him in a cool, dark place.
Man! even though I stopped collecting & sold most of figures I still love this figure! I'll have to dig him up somewhere & put him out for display! The one figure I'll never get rid of! =D
the majority of them yes! it was getting way to overwhelming! Plus I got back into Weight Training & working with a Personal Trainer! With the money i got i bought myself a home Gym! & i don't live in the same place anymore when you & i 1st met! Lol! @@mitchsantona
If you want to preserve the sheets & instructions.I put mailing clear mailing. Scotch tape Over them. That protects them totally. That is what I do. Spill on it Nothing happens.
Hey Mitch... what programmed drums are you using on your metal music during the transformation? The snare sounds really cool, especially with the reverb on it. Cool guitar stuff to man.

snuck it in. lol
fun fact: Jetfire's vehicle mode is based onto the F-14 Tomcat.

Ah yes, Jetfire/Skyfire. A scientist, a kind Warrior, and air guardian, and a walking legal dispute.
lol. love all the legalities!

A holy Grail of mine being both a Jetfire and robotech/macross fan

I guess this is worth a fortune nowadays because of the legal issues surrounding Jetfire's original toy.

great question. A buddy made the tunes. wish i knew
@@mitchsantona No problem man. I wasn't sure if it was you're own music or not.
To think, they used the VF-01 Valkyrie with upgrade kit from Macross for transformers
These old transformers toys have a charm to them
