By "regular people" you mean an army of well-armed gangsters, who also had a magnet and a jackhammer. While the terminator was dismantled by 2 regular people with improvised weapons and a hydraulic press. And robocop also survived a hydraulic crushing machine.
The Terminator would win hands down. He is basically unstoppable and even when trying to take him out he just gets back up and will never stop! From greatest villain, to the best action hero The Terminator is a fan favorite, especially the T800 from T2 Judgment Day
I'd watch that bro I love to see that have the t2 version of The protector Arnold I watch it I think it's 25 years a little too late though the closest thing we probably get would be like a video game The mortal Kombat one for PS4 I guess Peterborough and Arnold Schwarzenegger had never even met a no comic Con especially no groups so I guess they would become friends a little bit but they had never met each other even though they both said they liked each other's films but that's as close as I heard from I heard that they had actually been in a movie together it was just a video game for him but no I watched that if that really was it to exist they'd have to be older models though but it'll be interesting 🤘
It’s not even close. The terminator was blown to pieces with a pipe bomb in the first film, where as Robocop took sustained hits from anti-tank weapons and sustained no damage whatsoever it’s literally like a sports-car v tank
Robocop 3 he literally got dropped by an under barrelled grenade launcher. Terminator on the other hand tanked it like nothing and not to mention surviving being covered in molten steel.
@ you’re forgetting that fact that the terminator was destroyed in molten steel in the second movie, or that in the 1980’s video game Robocop vs Terminator , Robocop faced against hordes of terminators rolling of the assembly line, and we’re talking about the original T800 not the later models. I’m under no illusion that the later models would rip Robocop a new one, but not the T800.
@@Ghost7579 tbf terminators are kill fodder in every terminator game whether it's Robocop or just a random human. I'm pretty sure terminator beat Robo in the comics and then he gets a new upgraded body and wins or something like that.
A pipe bomb in a critical place in his torso, after being ran over by a tanker, had that tanker explode in his face and the rest of damage he sustained during the movie
A 19 year old waitress killed a T800. RoboCop took out RoboCain. After being hit with 20 mm cannon , blown through a wall, falling from a skyscraper,a plasma cutter and a natural gas explosion.
The T-800 destroyed the T-1000 a machine so advanced even Skynet feared it's learning capabilities that's why they only made one in the OG story. The Terminator would rip cain apart he's much to strong and he can scan for vital organs such as a brain or a heart. Don't get me wrong I love Robocop but I have to agree with this video the T-800 is way to strong to top it off he's a killing machine with an encyclopedic knowledge of all things combat weaponry, vehicle operation, killing and he's even a medic. Nothing flesh and blood or if it has organics can do hand to hand with a terminator.
I'm team Terminator, but being real, Robocop's main advantage is the fact that he's a human still with robotic enhancements. His human ingenuity is his best weapon. The only way Terminator can get around that, is if he's been exposed and hanging out with humans over a good period of time.
RoboCop is stronger. I say this because the T-800 experiences recoil like a human when he fires a Beretta, while RoboCop sprays his full auto hand cannon without budging.
@347Jimmy he's definitely stronger and has shown his strength multiple times. The narrator idk what he is basing his analysis off of honestly? When the scaffolding steel boulder/beams were dumped on him access by the crane. Tying crush him he withstood that. Yet, alone removed and dislodged himself from beneath the heap of that. This would've incapacitated or severely damaged the T-800 model. He was already limping from the 18-wheeler crash. Then, it was smashed by that can/crushing machine. RoboCop would've easily disabled it by pushing back against it. His hands grip strength alone would be able to take apart the T-800. There has been far too many features shown in both their first initial films. That show RoboCop is superior. He already exists in the future post apocalyptic era time-line of highly sophisticated weaponry, machines, androids and technology. That the T-800 and other terminator models comes from many forget. He's being hit with highly powered advanced weaponry and sustaining it. Whereas the T-800 and other terminator model's. Are being stopped, incapacitated, and killed off by outdated weaponry and technology from the 80s-90s time-line. They're supposed to be more advanced to withstand. It would take very high military grade weaponry of those times. To even slow RoboCop down. It wouldn't even kill him completely hypothetically.
Realistically Terminator would absolutely destroy Robocop easily. The comics had Robocop winning but that's just very poor script writing. Terminator is faster, more nimble, super strength and durability. Robocop is super strong too, but can not even walk properly, is super cumbersome, and was easily taken apart by a child and was nearly destroyed by Ed 209, that can not even walk down a flight of stairs. The Terminator is not just a set computer programme. It can and does constantly evolve. Robocop would get absolutely smashed unless he had futuristic weapons and remained at a distance. But this is not happening
Go watch The Terminator, then watch RoboCop then you can explain how much utter rubbish you are chatting. Because you prefer Arnie doesn't mean Terminator is stronger 🤦
nah bud, Robo is more durable and tanks bigger hits per established feats. Strength is a non factor, it's all about the guns, and firearms can't be sent from the future so it's just what stock is available in the 80s. Robo takes small arms and shotgun blasts easy, AP and rifle rounds is bad on both but Robo is shown to be more accurate and has superior targeting. There's a reason he owns thousands of terminators in the old 16bit games. Little chance for the terminator.
Depends on which weapons they can get their hands on. Both can operate a plasma canon, mini gat, rocket launcher etc but robocops base form comes with the auto 9 which is a super powerful hand gun with 3 bursts and a hand spike. I think their strengths actually matched so will be a 50/50 outcome
No chance.... the t-800 was blown apart with a home made pipe bomb... if set in ower times with normal weapons they would not be able to do much against each other so it would come to close combat and in all repects robo come out top.... he is heavier then the t-800 as it took 6 policemen just to lift and move him yet the t-800 weighs in at 400 pounds, then it comes to power a t-800 can move a car yet robo can lift 7 tonnes so id say robo would rip a t-800 apart like tin foil
Robocop is essentially a tank on legs. Titanium frame with bullet-proof kevlar body panels. The terminator is totally compromised with his metal frame having to hide inside a human fleshsuit. However, either of them could win by simply twisting the others head off. Boils down to which one works that out quicker!
Robocop's greatest strength is actually his sociability. In every conflict he's in, he has always formed allies or inspired others to join the fight. He doesn't win every battle, but his strength of will, honour, and compassion bring him back every time. And not forgetting baby food.
We’ve seen robocop survive buildings being dropped on him, so durability is probably very close due to them both being built from titanium. It really is probably 50/50, both have seen very extensive battles. It all depends on who’s armed with what in the end
The thing you're missing here is durability. Robocop is FAR more durable than Terminator. The original terminator was knocked down by a sawed-off shotgun in his first encounter with Kyle. Robocop takes shotgun blasts near point blank and doesn't flinch. The original terminator was deatroyed by a homemade pipe bomb. In the original film, Murphy takes on a warehouse of heavily armed goons, then goes to OCP, where his computer systems are shut down due to directive 4. Still being able to function despite this, gets punched and shot up by Ed-209, who clearly has some high caliber armor piercing rounds. After outsmarting Ed-209, he's assaulted by a swat team and rescued by Lewis. He does some minor maintenance to himself with basic tools and then takes on Boddiker's men. He has a ton of steel dropped on him from a crane, is beaten and impaled on a metal spike, and STILL kills Clarence. After all that, he pulls the steel off himself, takes Lewis to the hospital, drives down to OCP, kills and Ed-209, and finally shoots Dick Jones out a window. His endurance is insane. Yes, in RC2, he's taken apart, but that involved a literal trap set up for him. Also, we aren't gonna mention RC3 because then it's not even fair. Jetpack/homing missile, machine gun/flamethrower.
Yep. He always pulls out a way to win. The T'800 is programmed with much knowledge and skill, but Robocop can think, adapt, and well, he's already beaten tougher enemies. Kane in Robocop 2 was damn tough.
I'll be honest, I think the edge actually goes to Robocop with this one. I haven't seen much evidence (in the main-line movies anyway) of the T-800 series moving particularly fast. Which is why it relies so much on vehicles to get around. The strength of both seems similar as well. We see T-800s ripping car doors off, throwing people, etc. But so can Robocop. Where I believe the T-800 has an advantage is in endurance. Its fuel cell appears to be longer lasting source of power compared to Robocop needing to ingest calories to power his systems and provide nutrients to his human components. Where I think Robocop edges out the T-800 is his human mind. Not so much because of human ingenuity, creativeness, and randomness. Those play a part. But because the human brain is a far better computer than the CPU used in the T-800 or even Skynet's core. That was the whole reason why Robocop was even developed in the first place. To use a human brain to do computations that normal computers would be too slow to do. Robocop still maintains his human vision and hearing, but also has advanced sensors that allow him to see his environment in a way a machine will pale in comparison. The biggest weaknesses in Robocop will be whether or not his directives are active or not. If so, he'll be hindered by programming and limitations. If that was the case, I'd give it to the T-800, especially if the T-800 keeps its identity secret for as long as possible. But if the directives are not active, then Robocop will edge him out. Let's not forget that the T-800 in Terminator was taken out by a young woman with no combat experience (with some help from Reese obviously), sent back in time as an act of desperation from Skynet.
If RoboCop doesn't have daily maintenance he could die, like he needs to recharge as often as your Cellphone does...and you wrote all of that to take an L😂😂😂😂
i don't think the T800 secret identity can work that much on robocop either, robocop can scan people faces and check them in databases, Terminators hunts Sarah Connor and other humans citizen. Robocop would aknowledge the T800 existence by reported crimes in the city while she's hunted down by a T800. Robocop would immediately ispect a T800 at its first encounter to undestand why his identity doesn't exist and immediately realize he's a machine by a thermal scan. Up to that point the T800 won't even attack Robocop first, because he's not yet in the way of his program: Kill Connor. By that point Robocop has tactical advantage already.
Robocop wins in most scenarios. Robocop is vastly stronger and durable than a terminator. Murphy human brain is much better at coming up with strategies on the fly as opposed to the computer brain of a terminator. Robocop carries superior weapons. The only problem that Robocop might encounter is if a terminator comes programmed to want a boxing match and uses its superior speed and reflexes than Robocop will have problems.
@ben6077 how that's all titanium including the black stuff. I hate Robocop 2 but if you bring that into it , robocop fights that insanely huge walking battle tank j think he could handle one t800 just pull parts off the thing , it's all exposed. It's no where near as heavily armoured
Robocop could win if he had a chance to study the Terminator. Due to Robocop’s ability to think like a human, I think Robocop could develop a strategy to take the Terminator out. If it was just a coincidental meeting…Terminator wins.
I just wanted to point out that the terminator got blown up by the pipe bomb because it exploded inside his endoskeleton so it took all the force and damage thats why
RoboCop takes at least one hit from an anti-tank gun in the first film A T-800 got one-shotted with a .50 in Genysis (or however its spelled) I'm happy to pretend that movie didn't happen if you are

Strictly melee, I think Robocop would win in spite of his deficiencies in speed and agility, simply because of his strength and durability. I think he could literally tear a T-800's head right off. However, if they are able to use their signature weapons, I don't think Robo's kevlar/titanium plating can take more than one or two hits from a plasma rifle. That's where his lack of speed and agility would be his downfall, as the T-800's hyperalloy would be able to easily tank the hits from Murphy's pistol.
Robocop has a huge weakness which is he still has frail, human biology, making it easier to kill him than the T-800 which is solid metal. He still has to eat and breathe and other things, so if you, let's say, take out his heart, he's dead. His armor is really only good for stopping things like fire and pistol bullets.
What a lot of people keeps on missing, is what is in both of their minds. While most get a clear understanding of Robocop, one has to take into consideration what is in the Terminator. Which was explained to Sarah Connor in the second movie. He has detailed files. So since he has a CPU that will hold this information, information itself becomes the Terminator's best weapon. He will already know Robocop's limitation making the fight a more cleaner cut than what most fans would expect, giving the Terminator the victory that most tend to negate him.
@@Kamau-y3g is not that he won. in the comic he was defeated and trapped for the longest time. He was even shown to be the starter of skynet in that time line. Took him an upgrade for Robocop to even stand a chance, and even so... if that is what it took, in essence he became a Terminator himself since all organic functions were removed. I read it too.
I agree with the postings that Robocop is more durable than a T-800 and that fact would be the major determining factor. As previously posted, the T-800 was torn apart by a simple pipe bomb where it took some time, although I don't know how long it was, with a jack-hammer, metal cutting saw, beating on him with a sledgehammer and other items to dismember Robocop to a similar fashion. One could debate about the limb damage as Robocop lost a hand with what appears to be a close/direct hit with a (possible) armor piercing 50 cal. where the T-800 suffered similar limb altering damage (foot actuator rod) when run over by the tanker truck. Also, while there is no evidence I can see presented that one or the other is superior computing wise, there is displayed during the first movie encounter that a T-800 can and does suffer a kind of shutdown due to receiving prolonged damage (battle in the Tech-Noir club) from something as light as 12 gauge ammunition.
umm plot armour - robo cop is the hero - so he has to survive no matter what, has to overcome and be better no matter what is thrown, seen another comment saying he tanked a 20mm canon round, and takes several hits from anti-tanks weapons with no damage - come on, if robo wasn't the hero of the story - one ''pipe bomb'' (like the terminator) would blow him to pieces. A 20mm canon round, or anti-tank rounds would rip them both to pieces. Again, plot armour in the Tech-noir club - with out it, Sarah would of been dead and film over, so something was needed to ''slow'' him down. If these were made to some form of real life, then the Terminator would win easily.
@@rianmacdonald9454 We gotta go by movie feats, none of this is real and can't be for quite some time lol. Robo is established more durable and better targeting systems, hero armor or not, nothing in canon has killed him and he's takin some MASSIVE hits. T800 is cool, but the thing is just as slow/clunky as robo especially in its damaged endoskeleton state. The main characters easily run from it. it's a slow relentless monster that is designed to take out a flesh targets. Robocop looks a lot like a T800 underneath but with a ridiculous exo armor suit that eats small arms fire and explosions. Whole fight would be who gets the higher caliber firearm and can place the shot better or who gets control of a big electromagnet first. I lean towards Robo.
Robocops strength and durability are being way understood. Robocop has survived military grade rockets, Terminator was blown in half by a homemade pipe bomb. Both have been put in a hydrolic press. Terminator was killed, Robocop withstood it and muscled his way out.
For debate's sake...firstly, Robocop would not be able to recognize a 101 unit with human tissue - from a technological point that is. So there would be an element of surprise for him while T800 - as an INFILTRATION unit - would immediately asess the threat and act accordingly. That is a hell of an important advantage in combat.
@@mik3952 finally someone addresses that. I was gonna point that out. Robocop sticks out like a sore thumb while the Terminator blends in. It would be hard for RoboCop to assess the threat level of the Terminator while the Terminator like you said can act accordingly to surprise attack RoboCop. Many people don't think the Terminator is crafty but popps from Genesis shows that a Terminator can get crafty and even create certain weapons that can damage RoboCop and even set up a kill box to force the battle to its favor. One of robocops biggest disadvantages is his human brain. It conflicts with his CPU. He can't go against his directives and even Murphy's morality will play a part in causing him to hesitate, and then there's the pain factor. Though RoboCop is mostly machine he still feels pain. You see this when he is getting taken apart by the gangsters or loosing a arm to the Japanese samurai robot. That's another thing, as durable as RoboCop is, a samurai robot cut his arm off with a katana. A Terminator would laugh at that lol 🤣
Met Frank Miller in person in December 2021. Told (and showed) him about how a small movie company called StudioCanal & 20th Century FOX did own the rights to both the most recent Robocop & Terminator movies, and to let him know that it was technologically possible and legally possible to make a Major Motion Picture for RVT.
@@ricgray9986 Johnny isn’t in the fight, and even in his youth Daniel struggled to defeat Johnny so it’s unlikely he would be able to defeat a vastly better fighter that is Dalton.
This was done in death battle and I'm not going to give it away because that's something you guys should watch, but it'll be cool to see it from the perspective of this guy's awesome non-corporate channel
Lots of people have covered this fight on other channels. Yes, Terminator gets the edge because his technology is 40 years ahead of Robocop. In other video's people gave RoboCop the edge because of his gun arm, jet pack, human characteristics, and there's only one of him so he's built like a tank. Like I said there's other RUclips video's that covered this, some, give the win to Terminator and some say Robocop . Guess it boils down to who's your favorite.
I feel I agree with most of the comments here and lean towards Robocop.... Now Robocop versus T-1000 would get interesting ... Although, man T-1000 is terrifying nightmare fuel for most foes!
Love RoboCop but the terminator has this one. Yes, RC has an armoured outside but he's soft and vulnerable underneath while the terminator has cosmetic skin that doesn't affect it's battle ability
RoboCop vs. The Terminator - Frank Miller made a great cross-over comic that covered both franchises. In a more simple motivation, Robocop would win, but still a hard fought battle (!) While the Terminator, we establish it is the iconic T-800 model (portrayed by Arnold in the movies) have access to a vast library of information and skill-sets to use them when needed, making it along with its build-craft and set of elimination a most deadly foe - it is still "a machine" that operates around the concept of "Inside the box" per standard in "Read only" mode. While it has an optional "Learning mode" available, it can't be turned on automatically by the T-800 due to Skynet's safety control protocol. That can only be changed through a manual proceed that is complicated and only possible if the T-800 is either knocked offline with assurances made it can't reactivate itself- and attack in defense OR it has already been pre-programmed before original activation and is programmed to follow ANY commands given. RoboCop however is a cyborg that is 50% Man, 50% Machine and a 100% Police officer who still carries hos own free-will and while he has a more limited access to information and skill-sets the T-800 has, he has enough and more so, can operate both "Inside the box" AND "Outside the box" = work in all situations on both fields that can make him unpredictable while at same time predict an opponent who does one- another. That makes his precision in fire-fighting much effective and can adapt more ways than the T-800! The T-800 can take more sure-damage from lesser hardware, while RoboCop has his limits at 60'ammo to be vulnerable but RoboCop's way of operate outside the box would fight smarter rather then just engage in a straight-out fire fight would even things out. RoboCop would search for actions and possible weapons he can use in unexpected ways to gain momentum and when opportunity comes, finish the fight. Traps and shielding are defenses he would use in plenty. RoboCop's biggest disadvantage is that he can feel pain - the T-800 is just a machine and can't feel anything. In a fist fight, the battle will be in the T-800's favor due to its strength and built to sustain heavy abuse. However RoboCop is not with-out his own great strength (400 lbs of hand-pressure says it all) to offer a valid chance where RoboCop could fight "dirty" while the Terminator just engage and calculates based on data and analyses = "fights in the box". And since RoboCop is not something there are more of, the data on him would be limited- to non-beyond tech-specs if any. Likely RoboCop would go for destroying the T-800's vision and with his strength, that can be done to the T-800's optic eyes.
Fb completely forgot about Robocop3 when he was taken down by a under barrel grenade launcher, Terminator on the other hand tanked it like nothing. DB don't always get it right and this is definitely a good example.
I agree. These are 2 of my biggest cyborg/robot favorites. But... it would be situational. In a straight up brawl.... T-800. In a very tactical fight... t-800 is no slouch. And still holds an advantage. But Robocop is no slouch either and has more than proven himself. Wildcard is in play as far as Robocop is concerned. Imagine if Robocop was transported to the future to help the human resistance at a critical point for example...... and had access to the phase plasma rifles. And his ability to inspire hope. T-800 over all.... but Robocop is a very.... VERY close second place.
As I want my boy robo to win it's no competition the terminator would dominate. Robocop was designed by humans which is a flaw while the terminator was designed by machine
@sumityadav2177 durability and power requirements are two different things. The fight is to assume that they are both at full and proper functioning capacity.
@@vincelee8939 not to forget, robocop needs oxygen to live, while t800 can walk under water, also Robocob have exposed chin, Robocob will screams out of his exposed chin. Also t800 is from far future, which extensive knowledge of machine ai and alloys. I think t800 will cook the army of Robocob just like cops outside of skynet. One bullet or slap to the chin, Robocob will needs dentist asap.
Robocop is a corpse revived and kept on life support inside a robot. The Terminator is a heavy duty robotic skeleton disguised with human living tissue. The Terminator would win.
The T800 never moved fast, and their mechanical strength capabilities is about the same, but I will agree that The T800 got the edge because of resilience! The Terminator is miles more resilient than RoboCop, because in the films he needs regular maintenance on a daily basis.
😂😂😂😂you are SO funny! The terminator got blown to pieces from a pipe bomb. Robocop fell of a building then had a gas main explode in his face and he was fine. Robocop sat in a car that got hit with a rocket and the car exploded and Robocop was fine. Terminator had not had those kind of endurance feats, at least the T-800.
@@DarthVoxyn not to mention anti-material weapons. We've seen a T-800 taken out with a single .50cal shot Robo has been hit with explosive anti-tank rounds and survived.
In a battle between these two mostly People aways going terminator would win a battle Thinking with Arnie's imposing figure and attitude...but... Forget in the first movie humans kill terminator with just pipe bombs blowing off it's legs then crushing it in the machine. Without Arnie's skin over it the actual terminator cyborg isn't that great and is regularly killed in future war by human resistance. In RoboCop 2 robo is dismantled by magnet and using road workers jack hammer on joints but he isn't dead and rebuilt. In terminator humans blow legs off and kill it. In future war humans beating terminators on battle field with guns and bombs regularly. Robo is far more solid cyborg overall, just the Arnie effect and bad ass attitude sways ppl, the skeleton of terminator is actually weak at joints as based on human skeleton. Humans in future war take advantage and defeat them regularly on battle field. Go robo! Far more solid cyborg.
You have their stats completely backwards. Robocop is both stronger and more resilient (Robocop actually survived a hydraulic crusher, which is exactly how the terminator was defeated), but it is he who relies on direct confrontations, while the terminator is more delicate and vulnerable but is the one who fights dirty and uses guerilla tactics. Robocop was dismantled by an army of well armed gangsters and an industrial magnet, but the terminator was defeated just by 2 people with improvised weapons and a hydraulic press. But it doesn't matter, because the sneakiness advantage squarely lies with the terminator. Remember the terminator will kill your friends and impersonate their voices over the phone in order to trick information out of you so he can ambush you. You keep talking about Robocop's human ingenuity but I would expect more creative and sneaky tactics from the terminator. You are correct with your ultimate conclusion that the terminator would probably win but that is the reason why, not the reasons you gave.
RoboCop wins, especially at open spaces. The Terminator can't self-repair; only his skin can heal if not too badly damaged. RoboCop's Auto-9 pistol could take out Terminator's eyes with precision shots..if you want to include RoboCop 2 and 3, the Cobra Assualt cannot would tear through Terminator, plus you'd have the Jetpsck, missiles and arm mounted heavy machine gun.
Have you ever seen the T-800 attempt to avoid damage? Only later models actually bother. Robocop despite being slow will attempt to avoid damage. The Cobra Assault Cannon is something Robocop is hit with and avoids while a 50 Cal Rifle round is enough to penetrate the T-800's chassis taking out it's power supply. The 800 model also had no protection against Energy Weapons. Something Skynet fixed with the 850. Robocop's avoidance would play a roll if such weapons were present. In close quarters combat I feel the only advantage Robocop could have is advanced knowledge of the 800 series CPU location or sensory mechanisms.
I have seen a t800 avoid damage. In Terminator Genesis Kyle was going to shoot one with a 50cal sniper, and the t800 quickly analyzed the situation and hit the metal near Kyle knocking him to the floor, making him drop the gun.
@@koldsteel1904 Hmm. I recall that. It was able to analyze the weapon as a notable threat and indirectly prevent damage to itself. Though It doesn't "avoid" the damage directly. The T-800 was Skynet's 'Toy Solider' in mass production which is likely why they don't bother to dodge or use cover like Robocop would. Best Defense is Offense thing. I actually watched Robocop after this and I'd say he's got more durability than the T-800 though he's obviously slower so not sure how much that would help.
Check out the comic Robocop vs. Terminator. Published by Dark Horse Comics, written by the Brilliant Frank Miller(Sin City, Batman The Dark Knight). The plot is extremely creative and smart, with an ending that is a complete surprise.
I would say it might depend on a few factors but if the T800 doesn't have a weaponed he would try to disarm robocop quickly, potentially giving robocop an advantage but he has a gun he would likely try to stop robocop as efficiently as possible and aim for robocop exposed mouth. Overall, I think the T800 would ultimately win much more often than not.
T 800 takes it. While robocop is durable, hes still part human. He still experiances pain, and has psychological trauma that causes him to glitch out. Hes slower, and still has human emotions which can affect his decision making. Robocops human brain and computer programing often conflict with eachother and even seems like hes in sever pain when this is happening almost like hes having a seizure. Robocop was built to patrol the streets and stop crime. The terminator is a machine designed to kill and exterminate. Its a highly advanced ai from the future. The t 800 is much faster than robocop. It experiances no pain, no fear, no emotion. The only thing that drives the terminator is his mission or target. It will not stop untill its mission is complete or deatroyed trying. And the terminator is not an easy machine to put down with basic weapons from the modern age. These machines can keep going even with substantial damage to thier endoskeleton. Skynet built these machines to wage war aswell as infiltrate and take out specific targets, meaning the t 800 was always going in to situations where it be surrounded by enemies, and even in a future where humans were equiped with plasma rifels which are a weapon that can put a t 800 down and yet still one t 800 would walk through a unit of resistance fighters wirh ease. Id give the terminator 8/10 winning majority of the battles they would face against eachother.
I'm pretty sure Robocop wins, his body has many attachments, quite an arsenal, jet pack and all. Bare knuckle I guess the Terminator wins, he's just too durable.
In physical combat, the terminator would have the advantage being faster and more agile than RoboCop but if Robo had access to the cobra assault cannon and could get off a couple of ranged shots first, that's game over pretty quickly.
RoboCop was dismantled by regular people with a magnet & a jackhammer.
Yeah…. I was just debating that in my head. Who would win And then I thought. Magneto can take care of them
The Terminator was blown to pieces by a single little pipe bomb and he was completely destroyed by a 19yo waitress…

Don't discredit Kyle Reese
Or the Truck driver that ran over the T800. In T2 : If Sarah would of had one more round she would of killed the T1000 too.
I'm team Terminator, but being real, Robocop's main advantage is the fact that he's a human still with robotic enhancements. His human ingenuity is his best weapon. The only way Terminator can get around that, is if he's been exposed and hanging out with humans over a good period of time.
Robocop has a huge disadvantage with his speed of movement. It depends on who is stronger in a close range battle.
They both slow as hell bro lol

Robocop isn't slow. He even caught a bullet with his hand

Sorry dude, the T800 are mass produced to infiltrate and become expendable. RoboCop does have his flaws but is far more advanced
nah bud, Robo is more durable and tanks bigger hits per established feats.
I Would Win easily... Thank you for your cooperation

Hand to hand... No weapons and no upgrades, terminator
I believe if Terminator was programmed that its target is Robocop that would seriously change the complexion of this match up.
Robocop's greatest strength is actually his sociability. In every conflict he's in, he has always formed allies or inspired others to join the fight. He doesn't win every battle, but his strength of will, honour, and compassion bring him back every time. And not forgetting baby food.
Robocop,,stilll my best superhero,,😊😮
Haven't we also seen Robocop stop a car?
Robocop would win
No way!!!!
Yep. He always pulls out a way to win. The T'800 is programmed with much knowledge and skill, but Robocop can think, adapt, and well, he's already beaten tougher enemies. Kane in Robocop 2 was damn tough.

Bro, there's dark horse comics. Yes, robocop won
@@Kamau-y3g My cousin showed me the series forever ago. That was BADASS! 🤘
Couldn't terminator just shoot Robocop in the face? His mouth is exposed

Robocop is metal under the face

Robocop could win if he had a chance to study the Terminator. Due to Robocop’s ability to think like a human, I think Robocop could develop a strategy to take the Terminator out. If it was just a coincidental meeting…Terminator wins.

I just wanted to point out that the terminator got blown up by the pipe bomb because it exploded inside his endoskeleton so it took all the force and damage thats why

I wish it had been turne3d into a movie as well as a game, a crossover would have been allowed because they're both characters of Orion films.
Bro, in the comic book robocop won, and he became skynet
I'd love to see Data from Star Trek thrown into this mix.
Pinhead vs. Spawn
Pinhead by Seniority 😅
This is one of the closest fights in pop culture. It really can go either way.
Like with Freddy vs Jason,, you just can't make anyone happy with this one.
I don't know if I agree with this one, but I subbed because it's fun to think about
For debate's sake...firstly, Robocop would not be able to recognize a 101 unit with human tissue - from a technological point that is.
Terminator just has to put his hand up through Robo's unprotected face plate.
You do realize the face is over a metal skull right ?
Who would win? The one with stronger plot armor.

The terminator also has the ability to set off its hydrogen fuel cell as a mini nuke forcing a draw if need be.
Terminator shoots robocop in his lower face blowing it away destroying his brain. The Terminator doesn't even have a life to lose.
In a more simple motivation, Robocop would win, but still a hard fought battle (!)
While the Terminator, we establish it is the iconic T-800 model (portrayed by Arnold in the movies) have access to a vast library of information and skill-sets to use them when needed, making it along with its build-craft and set of elimination a most deadly foe - it is still "a machine" that operates around the concept of "Inside the box" per standard in "Read only" mode.

Its not mentioned that terminators have a detailed files on everything so he would know robo cops weakness

Thinking with Arnie's imposing figure and attitude...but...
The crusty old age Arnold grandpa terminator we got in the last few movies wouldn't win but the terminator from T1 wouldn't rip robocop a new 1
It is the Terminator, its cutting edge compared to 85-95... Robocop ... no contest
This is a question that often keeps me up at night
Why robocop won and became skynet
Robo wins hands down
I can’t see how Terminator is stronger than RoboCop
Would make a great movie for sure!
Usagi Yojimbo - the rabbit who defeated all four of the teenage mutant Ninja turtles VS Wolverine
In physical combat, the terminator would have the advantage being faster and more agile than RoboCop but if Robo had access to the cobra assault cannon and could get off a couple of ranged shots first, that's game over pretty quickly.
