We are coming to Kapalua at the end of April. We planned this trip over a year ago and are looking forward to the trip. Thank you for the video. We thought about cancelling for the obvious reasons but decided to come, be a responsible visitor, perhaps help out the local businesses and enjoy Maui. Aloha!

Just wanted to say thank you to Lahaina and our Lahaina family ..... True Aloha comes from within this island and it's people I arrived on this island 2013 , and never have I felt like part of a family ... Well maybe not never but it's been a long time .... After all the people of this island lost .... The aloha never dies ... From the ashes these humans will rise and I am blessed to be here again with my son ... To rise with them . I only wish this aloha could be spread across the globe ... Then the world would truly be paradise ..... Because true paradise comes only from aloha .

Thank you for your videos. We are planning a trip to a timeshare in Kaanapali in November. We will support the local shops and restaurants and hope we don't offend those that lost family, homes, business, etc.

I still haven't seen any footage of the people going back to where their homes were. They were let back in a while ago, right?

Well you your State Governor should allow rental homes for tourists it be great because they just buy their food from shops open there and cook it themselves even while enjoying the sandy beaches for a week or few days
In that way owners get some money on a daily basis and not taxed a lot just the normal city rates they pay and land rates which are more cheaper compared to rates fees hotels 5 stars paying annually
You know can work together that way economy pick up on a well pace in all ministerial portfolios
All meself see is that something wrong somewhere when all can enjoy facilitating tourists adventures and earn income the home owners
Like what is hard about that eh
