Beautiful home the price is good. Hopefully there’s no HOA. I noticed now trying to buy a home in that price range and cannot find one without an HOA. I hear nothing but problems homeowners tell me that
There is a small yearly HOA of less than $1000/year to handle some common community amenities, however nothing major. And these HOA's generally leave the homeowners alone within reason, however I can see why some owners don't like being managed by HOA's and I can also see the value that some management companies bring. They aren't all the same!!

Finally someone made a tour of this home👏🏽👍🏽.. Been seeing this on Mls I agree, the finishes not my style. Some upgrades with the finishes make it more like white Oak. I like the outdoor space pool and garage. The space layout not so much cuz the rooms are small and the kitchen is small. Plus I need a home gym if Im spending 10m

Yeah, this floorplan was definitely unique. I think it made sense because the front yard had a pool and having the kitchen up front made it easier to entertain. Definitely felt like a party house to me. What did you like about this spotlight?
