I think Budget are good for RH, and these dolls are cute for what they are. The sarong is a very cute and creative way to play and style for kids (or anyone tbh) which is nice. I won't buy them personally because I have series 1, and the only way I'd buy their budget dolls is if they were characters I didn't have, like the series 3 ones. But they're cute. The poly hair is bad, but as long as they dont use it on their main dolls its fine. Tho it's a bit weird how these budget dolls have nicer faces and more emphasis on fashion than the slime line, lol.
I just got Ruby today, washed her hair, and I’m pretty sure she doesn’t have polypropylene hair. I washed it and poly doesn’t hold moisture at all. The conditioner I used on Abbey’s hair, for comparison, slipped right off, while it stayed in Ruby’s hair and hydrated it. The hair also didn’t dry immediately. It might be a lower grade nylon, but it’s definitely not polypropylene
I'm not okay with the poly hair because once you accept that.. is going into dangerous zone , and they could start using that hair for the dolls that are 25 dollars and up ..if they ever use poly for dolls that are over 20 dollars I will stop collecting RH cause that is unacceptable
In this case of them being budget dolls, I don't mind. I agree with you in that, if they did for some reason use it in their mainline dolls, I would refrain from collecting as well. Thankfully they haven't! Happy collecting!

Honestly, these budget swim dolls are more beautiful than the new reboot slime dolls.
