At the end of the day, most cars are reliable when counted for at scale. My buddy’s 2010 Hyundai Santa Fei is 250k miles out and never needed anything outside of regular maintenance and a steering + alignment issue while driving it in freezing cold north east winters.
Never been particularly interested in Toyota, even less interested now. Just take care of your cars people, the vast majority are very reliable with regular oil changes and maintenance.
My dad said if you want a fun car that will last a hundred thousand miles then buy a Honda. If you want a dependable yet boring car that will last two hundred thousand miles buy a Toyota! What happened?
@@ManicsVideos Yeah i agree Toyota doesn't have boring cars. The Supra isn't made by Toyota so that doesn't count, the GR corolla catches fire so that's exciting, and the GT86 blows up because the FA20 is trash so also exciting. Honda on the other hand still has one of the best FF cars on the market. The Type R might not be the most exciting looking civic but its still definitely the fastest in its category and price range.
As the owner of a 2012 Yaris 2dr 5speed with the 4cyl 1nz-fe, WTF did Toyota forego tuning that for a @#$#@ THREE cylinder for the Yaris GR? Even worse regarding the Corolla GR, of which the base Corolla had a nice 2.0 L 4 cylinder. An I3 is never going run as smoothly as an I4. You were at least smart enough to not put a V6 in your flagship sports car the Supra (lookin at you Nissan) and stuck with the inline 6. The GR 3 cylinder cornlog makes no sense whatsoever. That's gimmickry at its best.
😂😂😂😂 Toyota can sck it They'll show these crap, and when they burn down the bloody house... They'll be like, oh you, on Wednesday of some year and month, you went 5 miles over the speed limit... Or worse, it'll be dumb as, oh, you watched some video on RUclips... Voted for Trump... And/or liked something on TikTok that painted Toyota in a bad light... 😂😂😂
@@JaydenMartinez-p5n the Prius had endless electrical issues; from the infotainment, the sensors & hybrid system. The Corolla was indeed more reliable than the Prius, but suffered with an infotainment screen that would freeze, tailgate that wouldn’t always open & auto headlight issues where it wouldn’t auto dip at times
I wouldn't call that unreliable 😂, unreliable is a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport snapping an axle after less than 20k km doing low speed driving on paved roads and never seeing a pothole. Unreliable is same car already burning oil and coolant and needing a headgasket replacement, on top of full brake system replacement, half the suspensions rubber components rotting out and premature wear of the driveshaft center support bearing. That's unreliable, what you're describing is inconvenient😊
I think when we say unreliable, we're usually talking about the engine or other major hardwares. That's why we often associate reliability with miles or kilometers the car had run.
My 2017 manual Tacoma hasn't had any issues. Car Manufacturers add some splashy paint, plastic bits and graphics then, call it a Group B Rally Car to rival the Lancia Stratos.

I was their watching them reveal this car and I can see myself in the video 6:10
The Supra was organized spun off from the Celica. This time, a Celica being spun off the Supra feels like things balancing out.

They are in a population decline cycle...
They're basically loosing their minds
😂😂😂
Lol boring. I'd argue toyota has way more fun cars then honda does.
Good luck with Honda now. They are most unreliable now

@@kothareddykrishna at least you can use your warranty.
Was going to get a 2024 LC500 but will wait for LFA successor. Hopefully I get an allocation
My newest Toyota is my 2011 GX460....All 5 are running great....
None of these are production so what is the use
Why would Toyota hint all of this in their animee?

Everyone likes to bad mouth the champion
04:06 - So what you're saying is: "Toyota used Surf" . . . . the question will be "was it very effective?"
The Supra is a horrible design idea...if it were the size of the earlier model instead of the Miata🤦🤦🤦

I had a Prius and Corolla for work purposes. Had nothing but problems with them. So not only were they boring, they were unreliable. Never again.
A Prius I can believe but a Corolla no way
Stop lying
