So this one you're gonna love: this guy also tried to hire a hitman from jail to murder two witnesses. A female and a juvenile. He agreed to give the "hitman" his 2004 Acura TSX and $3,000 to take them out. He ended up getting 40 years concurrent with this sentence.
I was a .Criminal Prosecutor and am a Criminal Defense Attorney. I also went to law school in this state. 37, 40 and 40 all at the same time. The reason he got 37 on the 3 road rage incidents was because he committed the Criminal Solicitation while in jail. If no Solicitation he probably gets 20-25 and is out in 15-18. They had him dead to rights on the 2 Counts of Solicitation so he gets 40 and does 30 something. He effectively doubled his sentence with the Solicitations.

@@TheMaverickUKEven when behind bars Dahl is accused of turning to violence as a way to solve his problems. In March, Dahl was charged with conspiracy to commit murder after contacting a supposed hitman while in jail and attempting to have two witnesses killed before they could testify at his trial. One of the witnesses was a juvenile, court documents detail, the other a woman. Dahl offered up his 2004 Acura TSX as payment and included descriptions of both witnesses along with where they lived and worked in the letters meant to be given to the hitman. Dahl ended up speaking to an undercover detective who posed as a hitman, according to court documents. During a phone call with the detective, Dahl agreed the Acura was worth $2,000 and said he would pay an additional $3,000 for both hits, saying “it would be easier to go ahead and gut it all and not have anything” about the female witness.

BS lol he’s not sorry he’s full of rage and itching to shoot someone…like the guy who sits up at night at his front door waiting for someone to break in just so they can kill someone…lol like “man I hope someone breaks in so I can have the chance to take them down legally” lol that there is murder by using the justice system to your advantage…and nobody will fault people who actually sit up at night with a gun in hand waiting for a break in to happen for that chance..they are no different then criminals who kill…
