Woodlands Pure Vegetarian Indian Cuisine - Fairfax, VA

This is a hidden gem off both Route 66 and Route 50, if you're traveling through Northern Virginia and want really good Vegetarian or Vegan food. This restaurant has been around for more than 20+ years and has operated pretty much in the shopping area in Fairfax, VA. The food is consistently excellent for mainly South Indian dishes, and the chef actually listens to you when you specify a spice level for each dish. They also do takeout, and prices are very reasonable for that area.
