Bless you for making this recipe! I've made it twice now. The first time was excellent, but there was a bit of a bitey aftertaste, I assume due to the baking powder. The second time I made it, I added a teaspoon of white sugar to the dough and went a little heavy on the olive oil. I highly recommend doing this! ive made this exact recipe so many times over the last year because I was looking for a no yeast pizza dough except I add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar and a little extra salt just because I like my dough a tiny bit sweeter and it always turns out great! Pro Tip: let it rest ten minutes while you cut your pizza toppings, it makes it way smoother and easier to roll out. That way you can stretch it to a 16 inch pizza, which is way bigger and more family sized. You can also add a bit of italian seasoning and it smells excellent. Don't expect this dough to brown too much when it's cooked, I once baked it for 40 minutes and it was pale. Just take it out after 25 max.

I love you Gemma! This is the best pizza I ever made. Kids are happy and full 💌
Great recipe! Texture is just slightly different but very very good! The dough literally took 5 minutes to make. The kids loved it. Thanks.
Well done, you! I’m delighted you got on well with the recipe.
Amazing, I may try this recipe out. Keep up the spectacular work. Also, as a bonus, you've just earned yourself a new subscriber.

This is exactly what I was looking for...thanks for posting!! Shout out to the vegan teens at the end...great job, ladies!!
Thank you so much for this recipe!!! I absolutely loved it so much!! 😍💜❤
The dough looks similar to the dough we use to make chapatti. Also can i use whole wheat flour. Or half and half of all purpose flour and whole wheat flour. Love from Pakistan.
Thanks for sharing Naima.
@@biggerbolderbaking welcome. Glad to.
@Yoongi's y/n 😃🤗
I am Indian we call it roti rather than chapati .(only in northern india)
I’m an Indian and we call it both and we eat in south north east west roti and chappati
Can't wait to make this tonight. I work 7 days a week and have time for absolutely nothing, so my pantry is bare until tomorrow. Thankfully I have everything needed for this!
Go for it! The link to the recipe is provided in the caption above. Hope you get on well with my recipe!

Thank you. great idea. They taste better than shop bought ones too!
I'm delighted that you tried my recipe. Thanks for being here.
Great recipe. I will have to try this soon. But I think I figured out a way to give the dough a more yeasty flavor: Use beer (a pale larger) in place of the water. It should give it a more complex taste.
Another bold baker did that too. Let me know how you get on.
I cant wait to try this u are amazing and such great inspiration thankyou sooooooooo much
No, thank you! Hope you give this recipe a go bit.ly/15MinPizza
Hi Gemma- I wish I new this before the covid-19 came. I ran out of yeast and stores didn’t have yeast or flour to sell. I have plenty of flour. I never thought of making pizza dough without yeast. You taught me and next time I will give it a go. I subscribed cause just love your simplicity in cooking and making bread and dough. Thank you!
Thank you for the kind words. I'm sorry you are not able to get some yeast. It is a problem everywhere, Nada. If you're giving this a go, here's the complete recipe www.biggerbolderbaking.com/no-yeast-pizza-dough-recipe/
BLESSEDT! Thank you for this recipe. I will work on this on for my birthday! Thank the algorithm for helping me find this one!
Go for it, Kristel. Here's the recipe www.biggerbolderbaking.com/no-yeast-pizza-dough-recipe/

I'm delighted to hear that!
Yay!! I love your videos ! And pizza!😋
Thank you!
Np! Just letting you know your Amazing! My little brother wants to become a chef when he's older and ur videos help him a lot!
I have made a similar recipe using Bisquick and Milk Crust in a cast iron pan... Using the "Pan Pizza" method from start to finish in only 30 minutes to the table!!!
Very thoughtful of you to add those who participated in your pizza challege....nice work!!!🥰
Thank you for your kind words! Hope you give this recipe a go and enjoy!
@@biggerbolderbaking yeah sure I have to go food shopping first!!!!
Just made this. Easy, quick, very tasty. I used a pre-shredded 4 cheese pack, passata sauce, olives, oregano, mozzarella pearls, and baby peppers stuffed with ricotta. The kids loved it. Thanks Gemma.
That sounds fantastic! Well done, you!
Making this pizza for the second time it's amazing!!
I'm delighted to hear it! :)
Great, easy pizza. Made this twice now vegan topping version. My friends prefer this to the supermarket/restaurant. Thank you.
Well done, you!
Instead of adding that much water, just knead with your hands for 5 minutes and if it's still dry, feel free to add a splash of water.
Just made this and it is tasty. I added garlic powder to the dough when I added in the salt. I used a 3 cheese mix and then sprinkled parmasian cheese on also. Very happy with this pizza. Thank you for the recipe.
Glad you got on well with the recipe! Thank you for sharing.
Not usually interested in baking videos, but I'm obsessed with your videos! ❤️
Go and give my recipes a go!
@@biggerbolderbaking I definitely will. My 5 year old niece loves baking so going to do them with her, Pizza and doughnuts in a mug. Can't go wrong
Just tried this. Dough came out great! Thanks
Yay! Well done, bold baker!
Hey Gemma, I have two questions:
1. Do you have to preheat the oven?
2. I don't have pepperoni or oregano, what other toppings can I use?
you can never go wrong with just veggies, red and yellow bell peppers tomatoes and cheese
ham and pineapple, hawaiian style :)
Yes, preheating is just about getting the oven up to the full temperature before you put something in. And yes, get creative with your flavors. I hope you enjoy! :)
Mushrooms and red onion, my go to!
Thanks for your suggestions everyone! 😊
Thing is, we don't have bell peppers and meat where I live rn bc of the lockdown... So... Any other suggestions?
Thank you for such a simple and quick recipe. I will definitely try it soon. I was wondering if the extra dough can be frozen? And can the ready pizza be frozen?
Yes, you can freeze the dough. I do not recommend that you put the toppings already as the dough would soak in all the sauce before you bake it.
I've tried this recipe for lunch and it was perfect! Quick and delicious. I put some mushrooms, cheese and olive on top. My only regret? Not to have tried it before. Thank you Gemma from France.
Well done to you, Amelie! Thank you for sharing.
Tried it ... it was so easy.. and i mixed in some semolina for texture and it was just perfect.. yes just 15mins to yummy deliciousness.. bless your heart for this..
Glad you liked it
Yay! I don’t have any yeast and was hoping to find a recipe that didn’t call for it. Making this tomorrow. 🙂
