Finally, someone who actually displays books with their spines out and NOT color coded. To me, that indicates that someone actually reads the books!
Having a great big entrée is definitely one of the most luxurious things to have. Well done...!
I agree. My flat opens onto a small but real room. With a window and a small fireplace. I turned it into a library for most of my books with two good chairs and a small table by the window (plus storage for coats behind a simple drape) and in winter I spend alot of time there reading, working, as it heats up so quickly. Also dogs love lying on the rug there, it's kindof the middle of the flat. In the US alot of homes just open onto the livingroom and it seems so impractical.
It's evident that a lot of thought and care went into selecting the perfect palette for every room. 💖🥰
