Did we really need non polar solution to reduce mobile phase polarity? I think two solvent with different polarity works tho.. example, water blend with methanol.. or water blend with acetonitrile.. cmiiw
previously RED one didnt like mobile phase as it was totally polar..but then they made mobile phase 10 prcnt nonpolar so red one started liking it so it elutes faster than before which improves run time than before..
Very Simple, Very Effective and very Useful, Really Thank you
greatly helpful for helping me understand the theory in simple ways, you've got a gift for teaching conscisely! thank you
It was really great. Finally, I understand Isocratic and Gradient

Very simple thanks alot
Hi, I think there is a mistake at time point 0:44 (I'm traveling.......is a non-polar) and not ploar as mentioned. Thanks
Ver nice.
P. S. Insert an audio in the background or talk to us for maximum efficiency. :)
Nice simple method thank u sir
Thank you, but excuse me because of my question... how do you change the eluent in gradient elution?
