First story: A family of thieves with a position of power and a useless higher authority. The right combo for lawsuits.
I think the principal could be involved because why would not the principal do anything about it.
Second story: Illegal towing is an arrestable offence since it constitutes grand thief auto.

i heard the 1st story plenty of times, still think principal was in on it. why else would he try everything to shift blame on the students and when police got involved found ways to prevent them from investigating. "students rights"...yeah Im sure all but one student would want the security cameras checked. principal wanted the lockers to the stolen from
Ok, for the Second story, i just don't get it. he is a tenant and have a lease, but at the same time he bought the apartment and still have a landlord? And apparently he owns the parking lot?
When suckers by a condo (short for condominium), they don't buy the building or the land the building sits on. All that still belongs to the land lord. What they get is the right to inhabit the interior of their unit. They still pay condo fees for the upkeep of the outside of the building and common areas. That looks and feels a lot like rent.
The fishy part of this story is that the parking lot is attached to the deed for his condo. That's about as likeley as DJT telling the truth.
At least the last story didn’t turn too ugly! People like that tend to use whoever they can until they wear out their welcome, & then turn around & blame everyone else for their problems. Sometimes even violently, as if it’s everyone else’s responsibility to take care of them & they “never do anything wrong”! I’ve tried helping so many people, but nowadays I’m extremely picky about investing my time, energy & what almost nonexistent money I have to help someone to help themselves. The last straw came when I realized how much these people actually have, while I’m sleeping in a dog bed, eating ramen & mashed potatoes, & busting my a** working when I don’t even have flesh on my shins yet, since they’re healing so slowly because I don’t have the time to keep them up! Users come in all forms, so everyone beware of what lies they tell you, especially if you’re really not in any position to support anyone else & struggling with your own problems! Good luck!

First story, the principal, the student that used his mothers login to get the combo numbers, and the students mother, aren’t going to be welcome anywhere. The other stories, let’s say the Karen’s and the freeloader got what they deserve, as getting a van and doing it up to live and travel is going to cost a pretty penny
