Roll really comes out nicely formed with the filling resting against the peak in the back of the roll. Always rolled to the top before and ended up with the empty space on the bottom. Now, I won't do that anymore. Thanks!
Take one grain of rice and press into the final part of the seaweed corner that wraps to stick close the cone. very important…. At least this Gringo thinks so ;)
