Interesting video with your impressive power data. Very good performance! I was riding there the shorter distance of 84m for the 60+ category and I know, how hard the race was. Do you have your time for the complete first turn (42 km)? Just to compare. Cheers
Thanks for the kind words. It is impressive and inspiring that you are still racing at 60+ and I hope I will do so too, when I am at your age. I don't know if you are on Strava, but they have a segment called "Trek UCI 3Rides Gravel - One Lap" and for the first lap I have a time of 1:22:12 with an average speed of 29.9 km/h and an avg power of 245 w. Cheers mate! www.strava.com/activities/11394301195/segments/3224813322936975452
@@theAdventurousCyclist Great, thank you, your power meter values are matching very well to your time of 1:22 for the first round. My time was 1:35:04 for the first turn (1:39:24 for the second), average speed 27,3 km/h at an avg power of 205W (with many tiring peaks 400-500 W). Unfortunately little too slow for the qualification, but I also had to fight in the downhill sections, since I was racing (30 years ago 🙂) just on roads. But keep on riding, you will have a lot of health benefits, especially when you are getting older! Cheers Andreas
I have a device on my bike that measures the power I put into the pedals, and that's the wattage you can see. The Percentage is the incline (+) or decline (-) of the track. You know these traffic signs that warn you about steep inclines? 18% and such? Same principle. The +/- on the left side shows how many meters up or down I went relative to my starting position. Cheers!
You have the best overlay setup that I've seen
Thanks!

What does the Wattage show? And what are the percentages for(on the right, under the map)?
And what is the +/- on the lift side?
Thank you!!

The second incline is missing. Did you crash?
No, I just had limited battery and I turned off the camera occasionally to capture more of the course.
