Tried doing this trick myself. Pointing to empty spots on my shelf and naming out the new colour variations to see if anything appeared.. No luck.. will try again next year!
It’s all so complicated. I can’t remember when I got mine. It’s a few years old. I wanted an Orange one with a brooks saddle. I just went into the shop and they had one close to the spec I wanted and they just swapped a few parts around and I rode it home. Don’t ride it much, these days, but I do love it.
Thanks for watching - and the comment We’ve been trying to figure out the logic too - all we could think of is a/ that black spokes were too expensive or b/ too difficult to source or c/ the black wears off or d/ someone ordered too many silver spokes (oops) Maybe we should ask Brompton!
I wonder if they will ever do a candy red metallic version? Btw I can already tell it took hours and frustration for you and the camera person to make and edit this. I enjoyed it, laughed and am informed what more can a person want? Top job and I hope to one day visit the shop.
Thank you for watching! Strangely this one did not take too long! A little while of standing in one spot! I’d like a metallic red! Like the nine streets version throughout
Gawd! Does my head in a bit. When I first noticed Brompton you could go online and choose your bike set up, including lots more colours and the mix ‘n’ match options. Why has Brompton taken all the choice options away from us, including, notably, gearing options? You used to be able to buy a single speed, two, three or six speeds. I now cannot buy the Brompton I want to buy - a three-speed red with silver mudguards, hub, etc. Unless I look for a decent secondhand 🤔
We can only agree, we loved the configurator, it was available to the public and to trade. It looks like they are trying to make them a bit more standard, we now have barcodes! Thanks for watching!
Fun presentation - thank you. Didn‘t they put the P-Line rollerwheels on the C-Lines at Eurobike? I was finally hoping those things were gone for good. They spoil the first impression of the bike imho. „Yeah see, you can kinda drag the folded bike around the floor“
In 2019, during High Covid19 I entered a Copenhagen Bikeshop, also with Bromptons. I was never allowed to bring home a Box and collect my bike myself, but was given a bike exhibited in the Shop, as a finished bike among other samples! I chose the by then most expensive, a Flame Painted, SuperlightM6LXBrompton, which I - still find is the most nice Colour of all! All Danish bikes seems to be delivered with an extra long seat post, for our Sins it seems, and no S-bars at all in the shop, to my recollection? We are generally tall people in Denmark, so a Standard Size, seat post is mostly for children only up here! Since then I have honestly Modified my bike a lot with new titanium and carbon parts, so that not that much of the Original bike is left! For now it weighs below 9 kilo and still with the essential mudguards, as a "Rainy Dane". As an owner of a Moderate size car, a French Peugeot 208 (I had - one, new and horribly British produced car from 1966, a Mini - so never more - any of those!), I have no use for a G-line as It can't even be placed in my luggage room. And a Brompton is sold for its fold, and not for riding! Finn. Denmark
Not being able to mix colours is I think a mistake, it takes away the individuality of your Brompton, my friends Brompton is a yellow frame with pink extremities and its gorgeous, nice to see bumblebee back in the line up though, be well x
@@brilliantbikes They had an ideal opportunity with the new hub too have a belt drive system within their portfolio , it’s like they have to be dragged kicking and screaming into the future, really doesn’t make sense, thanks for reading my comments.
@@brilliantbikes You can’t be serious , is that your assumption or theirs , kinectics in Glasgow has been doing them for years , plus every other bike manufacturer has been doing them for years , that’s just an excuse from them one thinks , thanks for reading.
I like the ocean blue...also dislike bumblebee yellow, macha green and find sand really ugly. Hated the pink. So you see...everyone has different preferences for colors.
I really do not get it, when folded the c line does not even roll properly and you have to buy additional ez wheels and racks for an already expensive bike, and they want to focus on changing the colour of the spokes from black to silver ?
What a naff range of colours, and why can't I have a silver rack? What about a range of basic colours: gloss racing red, gloss white, gloss orange? Why all the weird pastals and black components? I bought 2nd hand to avoid the awful colour choice.
H seems to have more anxiety saying all the colors in 1 take hahahahaha :D technically it is only 1 'new' color.. cuz bumble bee was released before....

It is always fun to make one of the magic videos!

Thanks for watching! They are fab!
I own a yuzu lime, it looks fantastic. Very visible, even on a dark road.
Thanks for watching and commenting
Good choice! We love that colour
Silver spokes on a "black edition" bike seem like a downgrade to me. I have trouble understanding Brompton's decisions sometimes.
Thanks for watching - and the comment

Silver spokes are better, no downgrade.
As long as there is the braking surface, I don‘t mind repeating the silver elsewhere on the wheel. But it clearly is a cost cutting measure.

I absolutely love my Bumblebee Yellow! Here's hoping for more custom yellow accessories.
Thanks for watching! Hmmm now I need to go looking for yellow bits 😀
Gloss Blacquer is my favourite Brompton colour. Mine's a 2022, so it has the stem and rear triangle in gloss blacquer too.
Thanks for watching! Yes it’s a lovely colour!
I'm still rocking my raw lacquer from 2017. but that midnight raw would be a classy upgrade.
I loved the raw lacquer! Wish it would come back! Thanks for watching!
I went for the flame lacquer on mine this year, love the colour!
Thanks for watching! I agree it’s a lovely colour!
Finaly the more apealing color on the 16" range is the a line with the new grey/blue color , by the way your channel is amazing.
Thank you for watching! Sorry we don’t get the A line so never features them! Thanks for watching!
Any word on when the colors shown at Eurobike will arrive? Turkish green, flamingo pink, and amethyst lacquer? Love your videos!
Thank you for watching! As soon as we know we will let you know 😀

pity there'll be no option for the fame lacquer - it's a stunning colour in the flesh
Thanks for watching! I know it’s lovely, I’m sure it will come back!
Sad to see the macha green go. It is one of the best colors in a looooong time!
Yes we will miss it! Thanks for watching!
Must visit your shop. 😉 Great to meet you at the WBC
Lovely to meet you too! Thanks for watching and pleaser let us know when you plan to pop I’ll I’ll make sure I’m there!
P line colors next! Thanks
Thanks for watching! Not sure how much of a great video will be, basically just lost the Flame Lacquer, the rest remain

Thank you for sharing Hannah
Thank you for watching!
How many times a year do they introduce a seasonal colour?
My fav was Arctic blue.
Thanks for watching! Since they introduced them, there have been three, two last year and one this year.
Not being able to mix colours is I think a mistake, it takes away the individuality of your Brompton, my friends Brompton is a yellow frame with pink extremities and its gorgeous, nice to see bumblebee back in the line up though, be well x
Thanks for watching! Yes I miss the funky colour schemes!
0:20 well done for lifting the adventure orange g line - weighs a tonne!
We were going to film a 3 second segment just prior to that in a gym pushing weights ;-)
Aesthetically the Bear Grylls X explore rugged and eye catching stands out way ahead above all that will come and go.
Thanks for watching! Yes we liked the contrasts!
Have P Line’s colors been published? Thank you
Yes, there are no new colours, we just loose flame lacquer. We will do a video on it soon!
Thanks for watching!
You struggled lifting the G - line , looks really heavy is it ?
It is a little heavy to lift, it’s about 15 kg, but rides really nicely! Maybe I need to do some more weights. Thanks for watching

... To be fair bicep-lifting is the hard way. One only does this in a RUclips video, I suppose....
I believe they might have looked at a belt drive but found it hard to stay on.

Will there be other new colors except bumblebee? It is said that Türkiye green will return
At the moment we only know about the Bumblebee and the sunset orange! Thanks for watching!
I’m surprised that the ocean blue colour is retained as it’s the most uninteresting shade of blue
Thanks for watching! I rather like the Ocean Blue.
I like the ocean blue...also dislike bumblebee yellow, macha green and find sand really ugly. Hated the pink. So you see...everyone has different preferences for colors.
@ yeah that’s called having an opinion, which I demonstrated by stating mine. So I don’t get why you’re ranting
@@torinsallI like it too, and agree, that's the beauty of offering lots of colors to choose from
I really do not get it, when folded the c line does not even roll properly and you have to buy additional ez wheels and racks for an already expensive bike, and they want to focus on changing the colour of the spokes from black to silver ?
Thanks for watching! I guess they are trying to keep the price down
Colour is a detail. I wish Brompton would offer a rainproof basket. Hum… ? Demano sales rainproof baskets in upcycle material ???
Thanks for watching! You can order a waterproof cover for it
Are you sure Dune Sand isn't a mirage? 😊
lol! He was we were out of stock of it!
Thanks for watching!
@@brilliantbikes It was fun to watch him disappear and then pop in again. Always enjoy your videos.
You look very similar to the actress who played Jack Sugden's wife in Emmerdale Farm. Is she your sister or something?
lol! I had to google her! Sorry not related but strangely that’s the second time someone has asked that!
Thanks for watching!
When Bropton skipped the many cool configurations - I skipped Brompton...
Thanks for watching! That’s a shame!
why did this make me laugh so much!?
Thanks for watching! Glad it made you laugh!
I think Brompton are making a big mistake of not offering more GLOSS colours as opposed to MATT. Does anybody agree with me?
Matte. Fixed.
Thanks for watching! I kind of agree, my favourite colour is my orange gloss bike!
I disagree. The Matt is amazing and seems to last longer.
1:00 Oh no! My 6 month old flame laquer C-line electric is already out of fashion!
Thanks for watching! No not at all, flame lacquer has come and gone a few times over the years! I’m sure it will come back!
What a naff range of colours, and why can't I have a silver rack? What about a range of basic colours: gloss racing red, gloss white, gloss orange? Why all the weird pastals and black components? I bought 2nd hand to avoid the awful colour choice.
Thanks for watching! We now have the silver racks on order! They should be in soon! Thanks for watching!
...😂😂 The sand colored one plays hide and seek...
Yup!! We were missing him! Thanks for watching! 👀
H seems to have more anxiety saying all the colors in 1 take hahahahaha :D
technically it is only 1 'new' color.. cuz bumble bee was released before....
😂 yes you’re very right! Just the new seasonal colour! Thanks for watching!
Silver Spokes : a joke ! Damn, are they right minded at Brompton?
Thanks for watching! Yes not sure about the silver spokes!
