What A Piece of Junk

The plaintiff purchased a car from the defendant, but it turned out to be a piece of junk. When the plaintiff returned the vehicle, she says the defendant gave her a check that bounced, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant believes the plaintiff just got swindled by a private inspection company. Regardless, the defendant took the car back and sent her a check, which she cashed.
