You have become my "go-to" site, along with Creedence & Mikey. Yours is incredible because you date everything and it is the complete set of hearings. Well done! P.S. The attorney at 1 hr. 30 min. looks and sounds unbalanced. Something is off with this guy.
Feel so bad for Fleischer. He was so chirpy talking to his staff at the beginning, then as soon as that first DUI came along it killed his mood in record time. :(
The 31:20 case the lawyer is on point. Sounds like someone is dropping the ball and now the suspect is just in jail waiting. Let's figure this out. But remember speak to the judge not the other site lawyers.
The 31:20 mark case is interesting. So can someone explain to a silly person like me what "on the record means", isn't everything that happens in this court room is on the record?
no, some do things differently. In my county probable cause is done with a lawyer, there you arent required one, like how he isnt required to wear a robe
This one was delayed and longer as the judge had to help Court #3 and I wanted to include the fugitive case at the end when most had already left.
Noice
Vikky what helps in court 3?
@@philnaegely with the holidays they are short on judges, so they help other courts out from time to time
@@Vikkyscourtwatch gotcha is court 3 similar to what he handles or what kind of cases?
@@philnaegely yes but they can have specialties. Like his court #5 handles all fugitive cases.
"No driving like Batman" - too funny!
The fugitive case and the last case is interesting. Thanks for continuing it.
"Let's roll Nerds" This Judge tickles my flurmbo.

I also watch Creedence and Mimey as well, but they have not uploaded anything since Sunday. It's how I discovered this channel. No regrets.
Pretty crazy that it’s a traffic violation to pull into a parking lot and not stop before leaving.
Love how the judge said "nope hold on"
Case at the 14:00 mark or so "what does high rate of speed mean?" Good question judge, I could argue anything on a highway is high rate

1:35:57 case should have dash cam pulled for Pc to be even found.
Where did Morgan go? Just curious 😊
@vikkyscourtwatch Are his trials or the trials live streamed? Are they mainly bench trials with just a judge?
Where are you able to get the zoom live streams from? Judge Fleischer hasn't been uploading to his channel since December of 2024 :/
Official Harris County site
11:30 case if she had a lawyer present I bet he could have gotten PC not found based on how the judge was asking questions

@ I get each state is different and such. I kind of like how they don't require a robe as an aside
PC shouldn't be able to be found before video corroborates not "oh if video is found then we can kick it later", seems like a waste of taxpayer money
