It’s nuts! In seven years I lost one doll - it was a tragic loss of a gorgeous doll, too. And then two within three months this year, with two different carriers. I am so grateful that we found her. Thank you so much!
@@RaendomReborns It's one of the happiest feelings isn't it? My doll, Adele sculpt by Ping Lau, from Russia went missing at customs. It was a nightmare. Every step you mentioned, besides the survey part, was taken. And like you said, they want you to correspond with the artist when they haven't the slightest clue as well. Three months of going back and forth and just when I was finishing up the last leg of paperwork...she magically appeared on my doorstep. The mailman was holding a box and I automatically knew it was her. The absolute best feeling. Especially since the box had been through it. But she, interesting enough, was perfect. She was missing a couple of things but I was happy nonetheless. So this video resonated volumes with me. Again, congratulations.

Sometimes we have to do our own detective work and start putting 2 and 2 together... Perhaps your intuition told you to respond to the email. You were smart to look at all the clues. Happy endings are the best. She certainly was furious at the delivery and she's letting you know all about her ordeal, lol. She is a very unique beautiful baby. Glad she's home.😇

I was worried about that so I never use any different shipping then DHL it the safest one until now. Never had any issues with the shipping or the package. I really hope this doesn’t happen again to you or anyone 😢❤❤
