I think a big part of the reason I love this series so much is the lack of beauty filters on the characters. Seeing their pores and blemishes makes it feel so much more real and intimate. Some shows really go overboard with the beauty filter, I prefer to see the actors with their real skin
You're so right! I love how raw they look in Not Me. Not only does it fit the characters and the story, but I also think it simply looks better that way, no matter the series. I've seen a lot of Sean/White vids because we love their relationship, but we all know it will get hurt major as the show goes on. And that are all good. But this one was so beautifully stunning. I loved it so much. The song was so perfect. Just amazing.
I'm very curious to see how their relationship will develop and I'm also very worried about how everyone will react to the big reveal, but as much as there's a layer of anxiety I feel whenever I think about the future of the gang, I just can't help but absolutely adore the relationships that White has so far built. Of course his relationship with Sean is the one that interests me the most, so putting effort in portraying it the best to my ability is something very important to me. In my videos I want to show every aspect of the dynamics, the good and the bad, to make the emotions a bit more honest and real. I'm very happy that you liked my interpretation of their relationship so far, with kind comments like these I get the feeling that I've achieved my goal of presenting their relatiinship well. @@awemmaleigh1622 aaah I'm so happy that you'll start again!! honestly my laptop is an old piece of garbage that can barely handle the one program that I use which is adobe premiere pro 2020 so I don't know much about the newest technologies in the editing world lol. I only started editing recently, the first video on my channel uploaded less than two months ago is literally the second edit I've ever made so I'm not very experienced to give advice 😭😭 but if I were you I'd probably return to where I left off, so that maybe I could get back into editing easier, and then as time goes I'd dip into some newer, better software 🤗

A while ago, I was just looking for some really good movies to watch, and I happened to come across some BL movies. Wow, talk about hot and heavy scenes. Looking through some Chinese and Korean BL, the only good ones were Thailand BL. As a woman, they really spoke to me about the situations that they come across everyday, not all of them, but the majority. I’ll continue to watch them always, what beautiful love stories 🇦🇺🥰🥰
I feel like while not all foreign/asian films and tv shows are good, they're definitely a good palette cleanse of what we're used to watching so much. I grew up in middle europe, but all I've seen all my life were american media which are starting to feel a bit repetitive. But there seems to be a trend of foreign shows being recognized- take young royals, heartstopper, or even shows like squid game for example. All are different from the regular oversexualized high schoolers america feeds us all the time. This is one of the reasons I like watching asian bls - because it's something new to me. And of course some are really really good. I think that one day these bls will become a lot more mainstream, like it's happened with anime or kpop which used to be niche hobbies but now are a part of pop culture. And while I do want these great shows to be succesful and recognized, I'm enjoying things as they are for now; bls being a little corner with some amazing content and great people (ღ′◡‵)
ohhh you're in for a good ride, it's probably my favourite bl along with ITSAY and I must say the waiting is excruciating but it's worth it cause this show is just chef's kiss ❤❤ even if we took out the bl element of it, it's still very much an interesting, thought-provoking show with great characters and intriguing storyline. Oh you should definitely watch it it is my favourite bl now and everyone ive talked to has it at least in their top three. You're following gun's character, white, as he disguises himself as his twin brother (who is now in a coma) and joins his gang that does illegal vigilante stuff. It's a lot of fun to watch but it's also thought-provoking with all of its social activism. And you get to see gun's amazing acting, where he has to play two characters- white, and his twin brother black who are compete opposites, and you really feel like they're played by two different actors. As for Off's character, I haven't seen a lot of his works, but from what i've heard people say, this might be his most intriguing role and he SLAYS it. And honestly the entire cast is just flawless. I'm telling you you will like all the characters. They're interesting with unique personalities and each has their place in the story. You will definitely not regret watching this. Oh, and the OST might be one od my favourite OSTs in a series ever, not just in a bl (ღ′◡‵)

I've seen a lot of Sean/White vids because we love their relationship, but we all know it will get hurt major as the show goes on. And that are all good. But this one was so beautifully stunning. I loved it so much. The song was so perfect. Just amazing.
I'm very curious to see how their relationship will develop and I'm also very worried about how everyone will react to the big reveal, but as much as there's a layer of anxiety I feel whenever I think about the future of the gang, I just can't help but absolutely adore the relationships that White has so far built. Of course his relationship with Sean is the one that interests me the most, so putting effort in portraying it the best to my ability is something very important to me. In my videos I want to show every aspect of the dynamics, the good and the bad, to make the emotions a bit more honest and real. I'm very happy that you liked my interpretation of their relationship so far, with kind comments like these I get the feeling that I've achieved my goal of presenting their relatiinship well. @@awemmaleigh1622 aaah I'm so happy that you'll start again!! honestly my laptop is an old piece of garbage that can barely handle the one program that I use which is adobe premiere pro 2020 so I don't know much about the newest technologies in the editing world lol. I only started editing recently, the first video on my channel uploaded less than two months ago is literally the second edit I've ever made so I'm not very experienced to give advice 😭😭 but if I were you I'd probably return to where I left off, so that maybe I could get back into editing easier, and then as time goes I'd dip into some newer, better software 🤗

A while ago, I was just looking for some really good movies to watch, and I happened to come across some BL movies. Wow, talk about hot and heavy scenes. Looking through some Chinese and Korean BL, the only good ones were Thailand BL. As a woman, they really spoke to me about the situations that they come across everyday, not all of them, but the majority. I’ll continue to watch them always, what beautiful love stories 🇦🇺🥰🥰
I feel like while not all foreign/asian films and tv shows are good, they're definitely a good palette cleanse of what we're used to watching so much. I grew up in middle europe, but all I've seen all my life were american media which are starting to feel a bit repetitive. But there seems to be a trend of foreign shows being recognized- take young royals, heartstopper, or even shows like squid game for example. All are different from the regular oversexualized high schoolers america feeds us all the time. This is one of the reasons I like watching asian bls - because it's something new to me. And of course some are really really good. I think that one day these bls will become a lot more mainstream, like it's happened with anime or kpop which used to be niche hobbies but now are a part of pop culture. And while I do want these great shows to be succesful and recognized, I'm enjoying things as they are for now; bls being a little corner with some amazing content and great people (ღ′◡‵)

@@karaeiji RIGHT... I remember like it was yesterday when the first episode aired and now it ended. not to be all dramatic but I can't move on and I won't !! I'm on the verge of sliding down the wall and rip my hair out without Sunday episodes. I count myself lucky for finding this edit cause it's so comforting especially with one of my favorites songs 💔 you're like a blessing even though it makes me miss it more. life is miserable after all episodes of bad buddy and not me aired. all I can do is rewatch the scenes over and over and even though it won't hit the same as the first time I can't help it

and yeah I wish they made a second season.. the potential and idea is there. there were too many things left unsolved it could've been easily made into a second season. even though I'd be bummed as hell to wait for that LOL.. but still, for example Dan and Yok, they could've made them both heal in better way then just make then go back together immediately even though I know they love each other very much my baby Yok is too forgiving 😭 also they could do better for black too, show more of their parents, more of tawi, more of black and sean fixing their relationship for white AHHH... anyway I could go on and on the whole night about not me seriously..
@@icedkiwis the amount of essays I've written about the series in my comments, like once I start I can't shut up so I relate lol tbh I agree about danyok I wanted them to have a happy ending but it didn't feel that rewarding when the angst and the resolution were just one episode apart, especially since the angst wasn't just some usual miscommunication as it always is in bls but it was literally dan a r r e s t i n g yok like what 😭 but I wanted nothing more than to see my bestie yok smile after all the shit he went through and Nuchy delivered so I ain't complaining 😌 and that punch felt satisfying as fuck ngl (✿◡‿◡)

I loved offguns past seasons so someone give me a run down of this one and tell me if I should watch it
Oh you should definitely watch it it is my favourite bl now and everyone ive talked to has it at least in their top three. You're following gun's character, white, as he disguises himself as his twin brother (who is now in a coma) and joins his gang that does illegal vigilante stuff. It's a lot of fun to watch but it's also thought-provoking with all of its social activism. And you get to see gun's amazing acting, where he has to play two characters- white, and his twin brother black who are compete opposites, and you really feel like they're played by two different actors. As for Off's character, I haven't seen a lot of his works, but from what i've heard people say, this might be his most intriguing role and he SLAYS it. And honestly the entire cast is just flawless. I'm telling you you will like all the characters. They're interesting with unique personalities and each has their place in the story. You will definitely not regret watching this. Oh, and the OST might be one od my favourite OSTs in a series ever, not just in a bl (ღ′◡‵)
