Why do I love Allen so much? I’ve been away from this channel for coming up on a year, and I looked it back up today, pulled up the most recent video, and I am instantly inspired, comforted, and just getting that feeling of wanting to be cozy and hang out with Allen.
Thank goodness I added this to my next vid to watch because I ran straight to candle science for more fragrances and stopped till I hear what you would do.
A polarizing scent video would be great, I can’t think of anyone who has done one before! Also, I recently got a haul from Little Bee Scents and omgggggggge scents are so well blended, I’d love a video with your take on them!
Great recommendations, thanks! My personal 5 best sellers at the moment are Sage & Cypress, Blackberry Vanilla, Cinnamon Chai, Vanilla, Sunwashed (summery scent, citrus+coconut+musk)
Cool! Hey Allen, have you ever considered going live to have a discussion with the audience? These kind of chats would work well imho!! Enjoy your videos however you do them! Thank you for sharing your info and knowledge, always very helpful!!
Hi Nancy! Great idea! I honestly don’t even know how to do that and would have a lot of technical things to figure out there. Thanks for your suggestion, though!
Would love to hear about polarizing scents. I personally love patchouli and smoky scents like CS velvet vanilla, but I know others who absolutely hate them 😅
Thanks for sharing! I agree my customers immediately fall in love with my lavender candle (blend), that I call Ethereal Lavender. Makesy’s lilac scent (mentioned) is another that is loved by customers. CS’s mac apple and apple harvest are my fav apple scents. To your point about the fir scents, I’m currently testing CS Evergreen + Apple for my year round products. Didn’t know that the fir scents sell well year round, thanks for the tip. 💫
Allen, would you mind me asking where you buy your little Crystal chips that you put on some of your candles? I have some, but I’m not happy with the quality of the shine and I have a new collection coming up or I want to include some. Thx
Hi, Can I replace essential oils instead of fragrance oil when candle making? Or do I need to change the way to make candle i.e the mixing temperature and pouring temperature? Thanks
Thanks so much for your videos! May I ask what your Favorite Zucchini Bread fragrance oil is? Also, Cinnamon buns? I'm a gourmand lover and trying to find the best bakery fragrance oil company. Thanks very much for your reply!
so I ordered from that company you had mention they were a GREAT disappointment. They were overpriced and the oils were VERY light and had a chemical like smell. I reached out to the owner about this and their customer service was low bar at best / they didn't even offer a REFUND OR EXCHANGE SMH . The worst part is after the complaint THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN so now I am having to file a dispute with my bank! Out of all the scent vendors I have tried I give them a ZERO! If you are looking for Quality scents I adv that you try these vendors people NOT SIMBI . LONE STAR CANDLE SUPPLES. VINE VIDA , CANDLE SCIENCE FLAMING CANDLE AND MAKSEY IS DESCENT BUT THEIR WAXES ARE SUPREME . I have been a candle maker for a bit over a year now and know what works! THEY ARE NOT IT AND NOW I CANT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH MY CARD ! GEESH SMH NEVER AGAIN
So what brand do you use? I wasn’t quite sure if you liked or hated what you listed. I have so many Midwest Fragrance but a lot of others from Nature’s garden, hive & honey, India and a few others. Vine veins & Makesy are good too
Great video, Allen! Yes, a sequel on what customers DON’T like would be awesome! 😊

My customers do really like wine scents.
